I thought power windows were standard on the 98 by 1971. Very nice though.
You'd be surprised how many luxury cars in the '60's-'70's didn't have power windows/seats or even A/C was often optional! Although most cars of this category did indeed come these options, they were charged as "optional equipment" on the sticker.
