Same here!!! I may have to get rid of the R6. It's my main gimbal cam, too. 4k 60p was overheating during sunset portraits. Happened to me multiple times now 😢👎
Hi bro. I am from India I am using R6mark2 from last 3months. Used 6dmk2 for 5yrs. Recently I noticed that my raw files are getting oversaturated after opening in Camera raw latest version. No sure about the reason. Photo appears perfect in camera but getting oversaturated and highly contrasly after opening in camera raw. Do you have any help for this?
i had canon 6d and now r6 but the raws was easier to edit with 6d. colors was very good. hmmm. and then i apply presets i was amaging. with the r6 its hard to eddit photos

Hey PC gamer we will see if I can barrow a EOS R from Canon Finland next so I can make some of those videos for you. Currently have an RP and three high end RF lenses that I am working with but if you remind me in two weeks I will more than likely have time to make these videos for you!
I dont like r6 low mp for low light ff sensor the sacrifice is warm colors you cannot change even if you do best change in settings in and post. The canon r is better mp and color science sensor but no joystick. Sports shoot specs on canon mirrorless cameras is kinda slow and r1 gonna be very expensive.
Hi David! I remember shooting with the R felt like I never had to edit photos. I think what happened with the R6 is to help In love light the camera picked up a bunch of extra saturation. With a few simple adjustments I am more satisfied with my R6 photos but I do miss how easy the R was to edit.

Omg thanks for this tip! I have been using the r6 and r6ii and struggled with AWB and mostly avoided it because of the warmth.
Yeah, Canon really seemed to screw something with the white balance on the R6. 3200 K on the R6 is not 3200 K on any other camera.
Yea it is very weird fortunitaly I think a simple patch will fix it.

It is a software thing. I felt the same. If you shot with the eos r you would find it a bit easier most likely.

Is this problem fixed by the firmware update? And is the problem only in video or photos too?

Ironic. I thought people bought Canon for the "out of the box" color profile. Did they take a step back with the R6?
I wouldn’t say it’s wrong but some people enjoy less saturated colors.

Shot this before a wedding so forgive the hand held nature of the video.
It also sucks that there is no camera support in lightroom or camera raw, the r6 raw files suck compared to the EOS R ones.
