this is such an incredible edit! The song choice and the clips you chose perfectly capture that dystopian eeriness.
Government doing exactly that with worst consequences for themselves be like
Great edit. Doesn’t give me motivational chills like other’s, it gives me the motivational chills of the truth lol. And no I don’t mean that in a good way.
UK right now
This might have more impact if it had been video of actual events rather than scenes from a movie.
Or better yet, scenes from the movie with reflections from reality
Literally a teacher in a fictional country I made in a fictional world when they teach their students:
"The government wouldn't do that!"
(9/11 happens)
"The government can't do that!"
You couldn't be more right. If a government doesn't do something is because it doesn't deem it convenient for them.
Libertarians when the government exists:
Certified "a non-government free man with personal interest in the situation wouldn't do that" moment
Just remember, the greatest horrors of the 21st century, were by governments.
And who put them in power? Uh oh! We can't talk about that, I forgot!
Well.. yeah
@@satisfiedconsumer649 well that’s not the case of Mao, Stalin, Cambodia and many more
@@satisfiedconsumer649the British put them in power..
@@satisfiedconsumer649 Right, because no government turns tyrannical after being elected.....
The government wouldn’t get rid of taxes
"War is peace, freedom is slavery, and ignorance is strength."
Literally the Western world
I’d presume you’re joking about that last part. hopefully?
@@Courier117 I don't think so see his username
Bro stop acting edgy. Get a real personality
you must be really strong then
@@cheeseslice6264 Wanna cry?
“I don’t trust dat there gov-ment!!!”
Oh my Alexa and ring arrived today. That seems legit
Governments will do whatever the people allow them too.
Wait, they made a movie of George Orwell’s 1984?!
Yes, they released a movie adaptation of George Orwell’s 1984 in 1984
As a human being I can confirm that a film based on the famous book ‘Nineteenth Eighty Four’ by Eric Arthur Blair known as George Orwell has been produced.
Is it worth it to watch the movie? I'm asking it because some adaptions are really poorly made.
Guys cmon, the government would never do that! they would have to be more subtle and use regular people to propagate this! (I am not a government agent.).
from the thumbnail I thought it was sturmtruppen dancing to thriller
"The IDF wouldn't commit war crimes!"
"Trust me guys Hamas would never touch your children!"
@@arbiteroffate3601 nice, did you already recieve your payheck from the Israeli government for writing pro-Israeli comments? 😂😂
both israel and palestine are war criminals lol
@@logica19 Lol what about you then did Hamas pay you to ignore their war crimes and attempted genocide towards Jews all around the world?
Come on guys it's a meme and edit channel just chill out
Fun fact: 1984 *was* censored in the US for being too communist and censored in the USSR for being anti-communist
1984 was not censored in America, it was challenged in a single Floridian county for some pretty incoherent reasons in 1981 and they lost.
@@keemstarkreamstar7069 your right i just did some more research
1984 wasnt banned in the US like it was completely and utterly banned in the USSR. it was just removed in a few counties on parents who didnt want their kids to read the book because they thought it was too pro-communist
@@coolmanpantsman I don’t think it was even removed in the county, it was just challenged and this likely failed.
@@keemstarkreamstar7069 it was pleaded in several counties and some of them did censor it (but they probably un did it)
