My gardening season ended probably a month ago. And I was glad.😅 They're fun, and very profitable but WORK. I am amazed at all you do, Lisa Ann! I don't want to try to compete! Have a warm and wonderful winter season! ❤
I remember this stage of the garden and the last of harvesting. It was fun because winter came and then spring and we get to till the soil again! Have a blessed day my friend.
Beautiful place! I put 6-8 inches of leaves in my chickens outdoor run this year, keeps them busy foraging but we haven’t had snow yet, just the same temps. Stay warm! ❤
Hi LisaAnn. Always wonderful to see you. I’m taking notes on the things that made it through your freeze. I love the way you have your barn set up. Is there a particular temperature you keep the fridge out there for your veggies to stay fresh? Is there any water in the carrot jar in the fridge? I did not realize how many greens could make it through a freeze. And that winter lettuce looks delicious! Take care…I need to watch your gardening playlist, too. Bye for now, Carol 🙏
@@UpLiftingHome hey Carol! I’m not sure, but I think I initially set the fridge temp right in the middle of the dial, and it has done well so far. There is the tiniest bit of water in the carrot container. I have big plans for my barn. I want it to be pretty and functional. Take care!
Your garden is very beautiful. I enjoyed it, my friend

Oh I would love to have all the greens that you have right now! I can eat cooked greens everyday.❤

@@K_saaar_K yep! We’ve been doing the deep mulch method for several years. We use whatever is available: leaves, grass clippings or straw.
Hi Lisa Ann! See you next year. ❤️
@@SherryAustinMcginley hi cousin! Happy Holidays! 💕
