- Consumables are always in high demand since people will always use them, so what better way to earn some AD? Here I go over how you, yourself can craft these best potions, Flasks of Potency! They are really good for the stat buff they give, but they expire on death, so when in tough content, you may end up using a lot. With this crafting method, you can actually turn a profit of over 320% AD by crafting at just 2.8k AD worth of Gold and Selling for over 10k AD! (with the auction house cut, that's 9k AD) which is over 320% profit just by spending a bit of time crafting to convert gold to these potions. (9/2.8 = 321%)

Make sure 4:38 to grab yourself either: (expensive) Forgehammer of Gond and upgrade it to mythic OR the *Cobalt Alembic* (as
Soartex & Mrlamsosmrt suggested) from the Auction house to craft with maxed proficiency, and with a good high level Artisan max Focus for the +1. An Artisan with a reduction to the commission cost is also ideal!
4:45 don't spend a ton of money on a wootz alembic. A cobalt Alembic is way cheaper and has 575 focus/proficiency in the +1 version. The only downside is that your profession has to be level 20 to use it.
Also there are more efficient ways to make AD from professions because morale is a huge factor that limits the crafting per day. Without an event you can only craft 60 of those potions per day which is ~6k AD or you could make about 30 gold which is also 6k ad but doesn't require any gathering tasks because you can buy the matierals at the NPC vendor.

how well/fast do gold bars sell?
Like usual Cryptic ruined something good by changing professions and NOT fixing it or testing it. So now many players CANNOT DO EVENT DUE TO CRAFTING BUG 3RD YEAR IN A ROW!!!!!!!!
yeah, they said they would fix it early this week, we'll see if they do
I got the bug on 1 character and fixed it by freeing up a professions slot and 'firing' the summer artisan. Then the artisan will show up in the hiring artisans menu.
Thank you Aragon for this video. I'm not into crafting stuff, so I have to buy those potions from the AH. Hopefully their price will go down also on PS4, where 99 are sold for 20k by now.

I played Skyrim last night and killed three massive dragons and it was a blast. Not going back to Neverwinter for awhile, really bored with it.

Its to time consuming the profit margin is big 320% is huge however... its so cheap and the quantity youd have to make even 100k ad... ive got better things to do and better things to focus on. Thats why i buy off the AH lol
I will pass on crafting these. Right now I am making the Summer Event items. My blacksmith is heavily leaning Jewelry/Adventurer. Though, I do have 1 Leatherwork Artisan for crafting the masks due to your gold making advise.
I made a bunch of these recently. I have Adloquium the Alchemist on many Alts, and a Cobalt Alembic +1. And I have a few thousand of the Wintergreen Tea +1 buffs that add +90 Focus, just to be sure. I go through phases of churning out different stuff, then forget about them!

well i'm glad you finally stopped dismissing the workshop by a bit. btw for gold farm potion of healing rank 3 is best in cost/value. you could go rank 1, but you make a lot less in comparison. you can also craft low level gear that has a 1 or 2 material requirement since the commision cost is 34 copper and the selling price can be at 34 silvers. i genuinely sell batches of 999 gold bars for 200k+ AD regularly. the more characters you do this on, the faster the income.
seriously potion of healing rank 3 is genuinely my favorite to craft for gold, due to the fact it doesn't take too much space in bags when crafting in bulk
also regular cobalt tools are fine for most non-masterwork crafts

As someone who made hundreds of millions AD selling potency potions in the past (xbox), i can tell you it's NOT easy AD. In order to make efficient factory, you need army of alts and lots of spare time. Trust me, selling a stack for 10k is a joke and not worth your time, if you can even sell it. There are 'professional' sellers who check prices regularly and will immediately undercut you (you can get lucky though). Unless you're looking for a badly paid 2nd job, you are just better off paying the game.
I LL really really really appreciate an up to date video tutorial on general functioning of workshop like different tools and supplements needed to success...what professions best to level up for long term profit and maybe personal utility....and foremost examples about what items and hints to focus on crafting to gain profession levels at best cost/xp, seems there's no in depth recent guides to specific process.... Hey, Aragon, long time no see brother. Got back recently and was looking to craft some high tier elixirs. Not the ones you have shown in the video, but the potions that are rank 11+. Any idea where I can get those ingredients; Shred Mablehorn, Twised Toadstool and so on? Those definitely aren't craftable. In fact why don't you make a new crafting guide on PTR (once you reach lvl 20 in any crafting prof). I am saying PTR cuz a lot of AD is involved. Like Advanced Crafting Guide, where to go, what recipe to buy, what to craft. I am pretty sure a lot of ppl will appreciate this, me included as well. Cheers.
for some reason I cannot unlock sharandar mastercrafting, so can't go over them, but last I checked, they only gave just 5,100 ratings, the crit sev % is better
Why are they the "best" when their stats are so low? Is it just the +5%?

there is nothing else as a potion that gives 550 x 3 plus 5% of a stat

You can cut costs by having the artisan’s commission be at least a -25% or more. I typically try to have a -25% and a -50% artisan for all the trades. Also, your best value is to sell healing potions. 99 +10 potions sell for 35 gold.

Just in time 🤗, I've started to mess up with the workshop cause the 2x profession and starting with jewelry cause I think to get it's simpler to reach lv13 for sending stone on 2-3 of my mains....all other toons could farm around 32 gold/day without event bonus...just doing leather visors and sell them to merchant..but with the summer festival I switch to burn my daily morale on petals, I'm doing wrong? Ofc I farm petal ls all day and night, 5 petals/hour
5 petals per hours is not good, dont waste time on that. Just craft gold, like with your visors
@@Aragon- I assume Il drop more petals with pinatas/balls? All right then, but I can burn my morale to craft that instant 5 petals instead, 20 morale/5 petals = 100 petals for toon and then let visors go the rest of day in background? They come out pretty fast through, not worth also? 😬

If you're not selling it and just using it for yourself l, you don't really need to make the highest rank potion, even the lowest rank gives 5% crit sev, if that's what you're using it for.
yes, you could just make sure you have your focus at 100%

Yeah, do your daily Random Queues for Rough Astral Diamonds. You can refin them to Astral Diamonds, but 100k max per day

How I raise levels of artisans? I craft Lev 13 items but my worker is at 4, and fail pretty much also with 72% proficiency with the tool 😐
You raise the levels by crafting things, so craft the cheap stuff like gear and potions to gain gold first
@@Aragon- I know I know, bit my artisans seems slow to gain xp, o though as you craft higher level items for speed up the profession xp gain, the artisan gain the same...it's seems not, I mean profession rise up fast I am 12 and half leve, but artisan nope 😐
