    Ingredients:
    10 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup ice-cold water
    1 egg
    Vegetable oil for frying
    Instructions:
    1. _Prepare the shrimp_: Rinse and pat dry the shrimp. Remove the tail shell and any excess fat.
    2. _Make the tempura batter_: In a large bowl, whisk together flour and egg. Slowly add water, whisking until smooth and free of lumps.
