They also have some of the most unique, layered, and rule based domain expansions among the cast. So what would happen if Higuruma fought Hakari? How would their domain clash play out? Well.... me and Blzkn discuss all the scenarios!

Hakari's domain is not overtaking higuruma domain in a domain clash. We're talking about the guy that have to learn from expanding domains down to ce enhancement. And there is another factor we have to discuss, how much mastery does hakari have over ce enhancement? According to higuruma, those who were strip away of their ct usually find it difficult to utilize their ce enhancement, yuji was able to fight because he was physically strong alr, but hakari will have a hard time not being able to enhance his punches properly
Yeah confiscating a cursed technique would still have the opponents lose their ce control to some extent. Yuji lost it completly since his ce was completely taken. Hakari’s “jujutsu sense” is ranked higher than Yuji’s stated in a qna/fanbook. So I’d assume he’d be fine when it comes to getting confiscated. Plus it’s not like his physicals are weak either
What I think people missed with Higaruma is the will he received. Him and Takaba. Think about it Geto was in a dark place til he talked to blondey(I forget her name). Then Blondey and Kenjaku hold those same wills. Which is why when Higaruma dies Yuji sees Nanami.

@@FakeWeeb I don't want to seem like I'm nit-picking, but if you guys could estimate the likelihood of the conditions in ranges (10-20%), it would let people know that Situation 4 is only ~5% as likely as the others. It would be almost impossible for Higuruma to luck out, like you noted. Otherwise, it makes the fight seem like Higuruma wins 25% of the time.
There's one simple issue with Hakari. He can't use RCT at will, he can only use it while in jackpot passively.
It doesn’t matter if the second Hakari comes into the battle, he blitz higuruma. Higuruma scales to yuji but not really, yuji seems to be more skilled in strength and speed. And Hakari is a big jump from yuji in about every stat
He can use it at will. He did it after losing his arm to Kashimo at the end of the fight. He can't do his jackpot without 2 hands

@@chiymai Blitz is a strong world. I don't think Hakari "blitzes" Higuruma. But I also never said Higuruma would win. I'm not too sure myself of the outcome of this battle. Hakari definetly has the upper hand when it comes to close quarters, that, I can agree on.

Reading some comments, people are severely underestimating base Hakari 😭. Do people forget that he held off Uraume for the entirety of the Sukuna vs Kashimo fight?

No I'm not implying they are similar, my main point is that the strength of base Hakari is being serverly underestimated by others in the comments.
That's not how Jackpot works, it's not instantaneous. From what we've seen even if Hakari gets faster spins, there is time in between when he opens his domain and when he rolls a jackpot. So assuming that he got jackpot as soon as the domain encompassed them doesn't make sense.

1 Infinite RCT is meaningless if your opponent can kill you with a single touch of his sword.
2 The idea that base Hakari is above base Higuruma, is pure copium. Current base Higuruma is a beast: he's got refined reinforcement, advanced RCT, Domain Amplification, and his hammer packs such a wallop that it even forced a 20 fingers Sukuna to dodge. Either Hakari goes into Jackpot, or he's getting stomped.
3 As for the domain clash, BOTH Higuruma AND Hakari are stated to be special: since their domains are not inherently lethal (but rather part of their base technique), they activate them much faster than regular domains. Which means you don't have any argument to claim Hakari's Doamin would go off faster than Higuruma's.
4 If they activate the domains at the same time, would Hakari's overwhelm Higuruma's? Maybe. Maybe not. Hakari has more experience as a sorcerer, but Higuruma is repeatedly stated to be a prodigy (even by Sukuna himself).
5 The way I see it, Higuruma doesn't even NEED to engage in a direct domain clash. He can just let Hakari use his domain, since it's not inherently lethal. And as soon as the Jackpot is complete and Hakari's domain ends, Higuruma can then activate his own domain, and either strip Hakari of his technique (meaning, no more Jackpot buff), or get the executioner's sword.
Both outcomes mean Hakari would be extremely vulnerable and VERY MUCH killable.
What would hakari get convicted of.

Yeah but none of them would be death penalty worthy. Remember Judgeman isn't cummilative it only takes one instance at a time. Hakari would get confiscation but even a base hakari would wash higaruma, slowly just wittling away at his CE, and then eventually his HP.

Personally I think there are other verdicts that judgeman can give it’s kinda implied that confiscation and death penality is 2 of the verdicts
The big takeaway for me is that Hakari was one of the few Gojo believed has the potential to surpass him in some way and you just don't take words of people like Gojo lightly. Especially when you consider Gojo knew about Geto and Yuki's capabilities.

I don't understand why people automatically think hakari gonna get he's CT confiscated, he's not yuji it was implied multiple times he can't lie, and hakari really smart it not a far fetched to say he beat the allegations and he is a criminal so that also works in his favor, and to be honest we don't know much about hakari he had one fight and everybody gotten a power up so why wouldn't he?

Higuruma will just win. He will obviously win the domain clash (if his domain is less refined than hakari's one, then it would make no sense to say higuruma talent = gojo's one, because the domain is all the CE of Higuruma.

There is something that bother me with the explaination, is the only detail I find it off.
In the clash between two domains who fast the activation of a technique is after the deploy should be relativelly meaningless because most of the time the deploy of one (closed) domain will undo the deploy of the less refined one... The confrontation between the two actual techniques imbuded with the domains will work as described in the video only if one or both of the domains are open and therefore there are no barriers overlapping for supremacy and if Yuta/Uro/Ishi case held true also for two domains... when one of the barrier is not refinied enough to destroy the other... a mix of the rules of the two domains will be applied so we will be in a complete uncharted territory.
With this premises, given what we saw in the manga about their barrier skills, I think Higaruma is the one with the most refined DE and therefore it will or destroy Hakari's or have a mix of the two with rules more favour to Higaruma's DE.
Hakari's domain is a lethal one, and lethal domains require a lot of skill to construct, so Higuruma's domain being more refined would require you to put heavy evidence. If Hakari and Higuruma would open their domains at the same time, then Hakari's sure hit will hit Higuruma first due to its activation time, which would make Higuruma's focus distorted a bit potentially weakening him. He has no way in winning a domain clash.
@@Endmaten1 My reason for placing Higaruma's DE as more refinied than Hakari's is purelly due the high level of barrier tech he showed in the manga, lastly his ability to replicate Domain Amplification after witnessing it a few time and relative little to no time to practice it before hand. I agree this part could be debatable so fine if other see it differently.
The critical part of my post (regardless of who has the most refined domain), is that it doesn't matter what is imbued into the DE and the fast/slow activation of the sure hit in it.
Because Closed Domain clashes are clashes between barrier and so, the barriers will fight each other to even be built, the sure hit and how fast it could be performed is relevant only after the DE's barrier is properly close.
Given this premise there are 3 possible scenarios:
1 - One of the two DE simply win over the other, essentially is like if the loser didn't even deployed a DE, how fast/slow the sure hit is would be meaningless because it is unopposed (the loser would have his CT burned out and expened a lot of CE to attempt to deploy the DE for nothing but this is beyond the point)
2 - The two DE are refined overall in the same way and it will be deployed a barrier that incapsulate parts of the rules of both, as it actually never happened on screen, we have no idea of how this mix of rules will work and therefore I don't think is productive to talk of this
3 - Like case 2 but the barrier will fail to actually be built due the frail state of the rules and some other occurrence. the barrier will break and both the fighters will have their CT in burnout and a lot of CE expened (in this case I think Hakari will simply win due his superiority in basic fight without CT).
Now the most likely is the 1, as it seems it's what normally happen between two closed DE, the 2-3 were going to happen only in a 3 DE clash as far as we know.
If something I wrote it isn't clear let me know I will try to elaborate it again with some example from the manga, the message was already quite long

Haven’t seen the whole video yet, so I may change my mind, but chances r Hakari wins, relatively easily.
Hakari’s domain is said to open faster than Shibuya mahito’s and is particularly good in tug of wars. Higaruma’s has not statements at all relative to this, so it’s not fair to assume it’s the same, but let’s assume it is somehow, or he just opens his domain while Hakari is in JP.
Hakari loses JP and partially loses his CE control. He still has better physical showings than CG yuji since when hakari BEGAN attacking yuji, he was attempting and failing to avoid hakari’s base hits, and was attempting to fight back (headbutting him) yet did no damage whatsoever. If nothing else, he’s relative in base to CG Yuji as of the CG. It’s been a month since then.
Hakari in base was blitzing future sight of Charles while barely trying, since at the beginning of the fight he had his hands in his pockets, and the moment he began trying, Charles was overwhelmed. He may have been trying harder against Yuji, but he’s clearly not going all out there either since he was not killing, or overwhelming yuji when he stopped fighting back.
Hakari as of current also has RCT in base, being that he has his arm back now. His arm was completely destroyed by Kashimo, only leaving a hand behind. Sukuna said RCT from other ppl is less than 50% as effective than to urself, and recovering an entire arm is higher level than what RCT can do for another person, since Shoko couldn’t heal Yuji’s heart. Yuta could, but it was just a stab wound, not recreating a whole heart, and there’s no evidence he can just make an arm for someone else since he’d do that for Inumaki if he could. Hakari couldn’t make hand signs without an arm, so he’d have to learn RCT to get it back.
Fast enough to perception blitz future sight, beat Charles low dif, and yuji (who wasn’t fighting back for most of the fight, but did try to avoid hits in the beginning) also low dif.
If Hakari ever did do anything that would get him the death penalty, he’d have a chance of getting the death penalty, but it’s unlikely since he has a slew of other crimes like the same crime yuji was tried for being the casino thing since he’s a gambler and still underaged. Assault on a jujutsu higher up. Running an underground fight club. And likely more crimes that aren’t rlly worthy of the death penalty.
Hakari wins in base high dif at worst, and in JP low dif since he clearly scales up. This is mostly using scaling from a month ago (except the current RCT argument) because we don’t rlly know how strong Hakari is currently. We know he fought with Uraume in base, and wasn’t hit when he entered his domain until it ended. We don’t know the details of it tho, so it’s not exactly a valid argument, but to assume he didn’t get stronger is wild.

I think you guys are heavily downplaying how much stronger higuruma has gotten since finishing yuji. He basically went from struggling to take down a cursed energyless yuji to having the striking speed fast enough to tag Sukuna’s hand with the executioner’s blade. Which sukuna is actively trying to evade because he knows that if he gets hit it attacks the soul and is a one shot type of weapon. I do think its 50/50 but im leaning towards Higuruma on this one simply because he starts with DE canonically, is a genius and knows strong rct
I think it's pretty obvious he let Higaruma hit his hand. And as for the compliment from Sukuna afterwards, he was referring to his RCT which Higaruma just learned on the spot, not his attack speed. If you reread chapter 247 Higaruma could not land a single hit on Sukuna in any instance.

Personally I think that it would take an incredible stroke of luck for Hakari to be judged for one of his minor crimes by Judgeman and just have his CT sealed….
Which is why I think Hakari is gonna win this one.
But for real if I recall correctly I think Hakari is cited to be the fastest person to be able to activate Domain Expansion, so odds are that during their fight Jackpot will activate and THEN his CT will be sealed by Judgeman(seeing as how Judgeman picks a crime at random and Haraki is quite lucky, I doubt that the Executioner’s sword would activate); therefore Hakari will just have 1 Jackpot cycle and will be unable to reactivate his CT.
Therefore Higurumas best chance is to literally run the clock, and 1v1 Haraki in a straight up slugfest.
If we’re talking about Higurama before he masters RCT, then yeah Haraki has this in the bag. But with RCT?
One of Higuruma’s biggest strengths is his intelligence and how quick he is to adapt. So since RCT would give him a wider cushion for failure, and seeing how Haraki’s Jackpot would be sealed after just 1 cycle, if Higuruma survives that cycle, then the advantage goes to Higuruma. Otherwise it’s Hakari’s win.
Hakari is my favorite character and since yuta is about to die my boys time to shine is coming
I think too many jjk fans look at things with such face value like with sukunas comment a lot of people think higaruma beats more people then he actually does, most characters without their technique are still far better at hand to hand, especially someone like kashimo who doesn’t even need his technique to be very dangerous with his lightning plus shock with each touch and hakari who has that rough edge to his CE

And Post-time-skip Hakari MIGHT scale above Higuruma taking his full kit into account, in a 1v1 tho , Higuruma would clap him. Even if Hakari with CE but no CT was able to keep up woth Higuruma (which he wouldn’t) , all Higuruma would have to do is open his domain again, either landing him another confiscation (which probably stack and would stop him from using CE) or getting a Death Penalty.
It might not be an easy fight but Higurumas win condition(s) are much easier to achieve than Hakari’s.
So unless you think Hakari with CE is as strong as all JJH (Tokyo and Kyoto) students without CE, it’s quite literally impossible for him to win.

Technically curses don’t have human rights since they’re invisible organisms from humans entirely, and their extermination is sanctioned by the government. So at best he can only nail him with a child labor violation. Even so it’s the employer’s fault for accepting a minor knowingly not the minor himself.

If the domain recognized curse entities' deaths as murders then Yuji would still be guilty because he also killed multiple weaker curses and the grasshopper curse. That was not the case at all. Secondly, Sukuna is still recognized as human by the domain's justice system because it can perceive his soul. As such the definition of what a "person" by the domain is different from the jujutsu classification of Sukuna's physical forms. Basically the jujutsu world would see Sukuna as: original Heian Sukuna -> cursed objects Sukuna -> vessel Sukuna. While the domain doesn't see Sukuna that way, if his soul is involved then it's Sukuna regardless.

He wouldnt be weaker per se, but his aresenal of variety of cursed techniques would be limited with him only being able to use 3-4 cursed techniques going off of Kenjaku and Yukis fight without frying his brain.
