Theoretically you can fight Russell with all the Hobo moves but one. 1- you get naturally during A Little Help (uppercut) 2- you get in the school basement* (leg sweep) 3- on top of the dam (stomach kick) 4- on an alley in Bullworth Town (5 punch combo) 5- outside of the building you fight Norton (roundhouse kick) The 6th one you need access to the basement of the nerd store so not possible to get it. I don't think you can get all collectables either because some are probably in interiors and other places you can't access with the glitches of the video. *not sure if you can collect the transistor, then pass out and still keep it after failing the mission. Or maybe the basement opens before Russell, I'm not sure.
Collecting a transistor and then beating A Little Help 2 right before Halloween (we have Gary on Jimmy's bed waiting for you to start the mission and the clock is stopped) will make the clock work again even if you don't do the mission. What this means is that you can eventually sleep once it's 7pm. So, if you're into seeing Jimmy and Gary together, you can see Jimmy lying on Gary (in a military costume) every day.
You just need to get arrested by prefects. Punch an adult and then go to Bullworth's gate and then prefects will pop up to arrest you. I was also trying to get to the last city a few minutes ago and I kept swimming for much longer than I needed to, result was that I got knocked out and returned to the school's infirmary, so I suppose you can also die near the school and you will appear in its infirmary.

You can get 72 rubber bands, or 73 if you're cool with knocking yourself out in Tab's house. I just did this actually. I got all the gnomes, cards and rubber bands I could, but then got stuck at Tab's house. I haven't gotten knocked out and try to pride myself on not doing so. I wish I watched this video before I did it
Late answer but no. I got to the carnival around the Halloween mission and you couldn't play any minigame nor enter the freak show house or the go kart. But you could enter inside the carnival shop (I didn't do it tho). I believe the only available interiors are clothing shops (haven't tried the tattoo shop). Since clothing is possible to buy inside the school, the mechanic is also unlocked outside of it.

Once you beat them all (you must unlock the last area as well), you get a go-kart in the school's parking lot. But no, no cars. You can also get the lawnmower and drive it for a while once you finish the mission "Revenge on Mr Burton". But I really don't think you can park it anywhere so you will lose it once you get too far from it.
Yeah the Trash Can at the Girls Dorm is patched for Bully Classic, it also doesn’t work on Anniversary (since it’s the most recent) so it only works on XBOX
