Thanks to Mandarinswift who drew the portrait of me that you see in this video!
This is the OST to Super Mario Bros. 3 for the NES! But in my own form of Stereo! Which spreads the sound channels and adds a bit of echo/reverb. These mixes also do not represent true, original, or actual stereo that the NES has, this is just to make the music sound more clear and crisp, and is another way of listening to the greatness of 8Bit music. So enjoy this soundtrack in what I like to call, WiiGuy's 8Bit Stereo!! :D

Zone J, my ears man, they can't get enough of it.
So many Zones for people to love! :D
***** Well said. :)
+Flegan777 Yea my same thoughts, i keep going to that section, i have heard something very similar to that before not sure what tho. Wish there was a longer cut of just that section
best track in the game imo
Hands down it is. : D
Zone J music from this game is among the best from the NES era.
Next to the Moon theme of DuckTales, I agree. It sounded so epic for something you'd hear in Rescue Rangers. :D
Agreed
when i was little this would get me so pumped
Yo!
Hands down it is up there for sure!
7:02
For everyone who came here to listen to Zone J : D
The Zone J track (last level of the game) is one of my favorite 8-bit game music.
The cover rocks too!
I can't believe >30 years passed already.
Everybody was alive yet and I was just a kid... time flies.
zone J is just amazing!!
Zone J was a treat to players who made it to the last level. When you hear it all you can think is.. "You're going down Fat Cat!"
When I was kid - I so love Zone J music so I can get there and just stay in one place like 5 minutes just for listen and enjoy.
It's phenomenal when you think about what little they had and how much they were able to create. Guess why I like electronic music.
Congratulations to this game for 30 years!
7:01 Zone J is tied with Duck Tales The Moon for best NES tracks (for me)
Capcom composers are best!
Harumi Fujita! Another Capcom legend! She also worked on the original arcade version of Bionic Commando, and the NES version of Strider just to name some of her other works. She also composed two of the tracks for Mega Man 3. And speaking of Mega Man, Keiji Inafune worked on this game as well.
came here for zone J.. and now i am not thinking of leaving.. it's so awesome, sounds even better than expected. Great job wiiguy309
GAMES of OUR CHILDHOOD :( , this makes me go again and play them all
zone J D and B.... so good....
"This song will be in your head all day and night thanks to sing along with Craig"
@Andy
WTF is Craig?
@@bartek8309 I was making a reference to ScrewAttack's Top 10 Cartoon Video Games video. Ole Stuttering Craig
Zone J is still to this day one of my top 5 music on NES. although Zone B has grown on me along the years.
Umm no, not even close
7:01 Zone
Was playing this last night on a emulator. Soundtrack was so nostalgic for me. Loved playing this game as a kid. Time sure flown by!
First game I did ever finish. Had borrowed it from friends later on too. Was going to complete it everyday for a year I promised myself. Only made it until maybe Mars. lol. Still, only that was over 100 times! If my Children won't like this game.. I won't like them !
Man, this all takes me right back to the lazy summer of 1990...
Omg I can still hear the "sound effects" of the game when I'm listening to this (the "got star" sound, the KRZZBKK when you get touched by an ennemy xD)
lol...its funny u mention the krrrzzzzzzkkk!!! sound, i can totally hear it. lmao.
Lorenzo Garcia bb
I was one year old when this game was released but I was like 4 when I played it... I'm sure it was the game I loved the most as a little child. Great melodies, Great memories.
Capcom never failed to impress. B+ Gameplay, A++ music
i almost felt like crying when get to zone J, for how long i havnt listen to something like that, i had forgotten that tune for my old nes times. im starting to think now, that the 8bit audio may be the purest form of music.
I managed to track down a copy of the second game still in it's box with instructions and everything for only 15 dollars off of Ebay. I was shocked to find it that cheap but it was worth it. I've added it to my collection of boxed NES games that is still growing. The artwork on many of them alone is worth displaying IMO.
Zone D & G are my favorite. Zone G fits perfectly for the casino stage
Whoa. I haven't heard this in 30 years, and I had no idea this music was still somewhere in my memory. That's crazy. Thank you. :)
Zone J is perfect! Last Stage plus Best composition of the game equal BADASS blend! No one other game have that! They try to put best music to first level for player memorize(
Zone J
Zone J is good, but for some reason Zone B's music is the one that was the most memorable for me in this game.
Same. I still think about it from time to time all these years later
i can honestly say this was one of the very first games i ever completed. took forever tho. considering you couldn't save
First game I ever completed and many times since!
At 9:26 bonus level tip, always go for the top row middle box most of the time it be a 1-up in it
1:55 Zone A, C, and E. That audio is SO GOOD!
has kind of a depressing country-western sound to it
I just love your work! Brings back so many good memories. Thank you so much
That Zone J theme comes out of nowhere. Not that the rest of the OST is bad, but, wow
So many memories :')
6:22... Good times!
at 7:00 minutes that was my jam... last level awesomeness
Zona D, melhor musica desse jogo, classico!
Thanks for uploading this! This was my favourite game when I was a child! :)
Capcom, beside great games, had great Nintendo tunes. They should release an album with their best videogames tunes.
Damn.
Muhan C.A. Right or wrong they also had a way of saving the best for later in the game.
2:46 man i love it
Great soundtrack
One of my fav NES games! I am a nerd knowing which each board looks like from the music.ha
WiiGuy is my favorite channel for NES music. Respectfully I thought the reverb was a touch too much here, on Zone F.
My favorite soundtrack from an NES game
The time where cartoon/movie licensed games used to be made by Capcom which means that it used to be good.
HOOOOO.... LA 6:22 COMO ME ENCANTABA ESA MISION
That boss battle theme is killer!
Спасибо, чувак.
Ждём вторую часть
Thought i was playing this game last night, turned out i was playing the 2nd game :P
Zone B is the aficionado’s choice. Zone J is the layman’s choice.
4:15 the best song
Zones F, H & I makes me want to put on a 50's gangster suit and hat with a toothpick in my mouth, sit in a backwards chair, lean forwards and snap my fingers, seeeeeee?
Why was capcom so good with chiptunes! Zone J is so good
I actually have one: NES M82 a.k.a. Demonstration Unit. My father brought it to home when he was working at an electronics store very long time ago. It's still working very well, and nowadays is in my flat being taken care of.
Back when Game's last levels were also rewarding because of their awesome music.
Zone J is such as masterpiece.
Thaks for uploading. I love music from this game :)
This was one of the first games I remember clocking with my bro. This takes me back! Also you can see Capcom's great work in this. I forgot how good Zone J's music was in particular.
Зона J однозначно топовая!
Need to play this again with my own NES Demonstration Unit :)
This was the first and only game my mom bought me. I remember that day. At toys R us.
It was quite a while back like around early 2002. It was during this time I also got Knight Rider, The Lone Ranger, and Gremlins 2 complete in the box as well.
Anyone else who had the .mod music file of Zone J on repeat back in the days? ;D (great version!)
Zone A, C, and E sounds kinda almost Beatles-ish to me. Zone F/H/I is excellent. And "Game Over" sounds like La Bamba lol.
6:22 is still one of my faves, along with 2:42. The former gives off nefarious vibes, while the other is good for chasing the small-time crooks.
Zona J sounds a little like the instrumental from "Ten Sharp You", amazing :)
7:01 Best Theme! :D
8:09 memories
The track that starts at 2:40 is the shiiiiiiiit !!
so good
7:02 2018 best one
I have a copy of both RRs, with boxes and instruction books. I even have the old school black sleeves with red Nintendo logo I keep them in :o)
Ive been playing Chip n Dale rescue rangers on NES, but except intro I don't recognize any of these melodies... I know because I used to even record the stage music on tape recorders back then... is there a sequel of this game that I have could've been playing ?
Whoa, the title screen music sounds like The LEGO Movie after the first few seconds.
This is really, really good chip tune composition. I'd love to hear Fujita's piano demos.
Nostalgia pura.... saludos...men...
Ahh the golden age of Capcom (along with Super Nintendo).
ZONE BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
¡¡¡La música de las escenas A, C y E hace bailar a mi cerebro!!!
Elvis Robot Beta
la parte del jefe tambien :v
Aww man i love Zone B's music. too bad it only played on one level unlike zone A.
I find zone A incredibly underrated. It captures the spirit of the game the best in my eyes.
Wow I was only 10 year old boy when I played this game, we played this game to the end. We were tired to finish it.
Carbohydrom did an awesome punk rock remix of Zone J, really shows the true awesomeness of that tune.
+meowskull in last few years of searching for Zone J remixes, i have found 4,. CarboHydro Punked, then there was a club style Dj Slava Dream Dance remix, then i also found something like breakdance music by Design-S cover. and then the symphonic version by Jon Sandersen. but thats about it. sadly, tune is so good and has great potential! :)
Zone J is my favourite :D
Zone B its my favorite
Do you have Chip 'n Dale 2?
So Ducktales Remasterd was great…so that means a Chip 'n Dale's Remastered is in order right?
No, wait, the one at 4:15.
No matter how much crappy or "childish" was the license, companies as Capcom or Konami always released terrific games for the NES.
chipmunk jump a very easy game,
I'm still wondering who had in that boxes in area J.. cat drugs? XD
LRXstudios I always thought it was as simple as cat food :D
i hope the remake is on its way
Great tunes, one of the best :-) So catchy and those instruments really "fits together". Do you have Chip and Dale 2 please? It has also one of the most badass tunes :-)
Ch-ch-ch chip and tails
You're missing 3 tracks the Victory Track, Zipper's Track and death tune
the title screen is the chip and dale intro song nice if this game was made by ljn tho IT WOULD SUCK ASS

*CHIP*
OK, gang, we have a new
assignment. Our cute
little neighbor, Mandy,
has lost her kitten.
I say this is a job for
the Rescue Rangers!
*GADGET*
I'll go on ahead, Chip,
and scatter some things
of mine that might help
while we search the
city.
*CHIP*
Good idea, Gadget!
That's the spirit. Dale,
you and I can start on
the trail, Monty, why
don't you and Zipper
track down one of those
strange mechanical
dogs we've been seeing
in the park lately?
*MONTY*
Mechanical dogs??!! Uh--
piece o' cake, Chip!
We'll get right on it.
You can depend on us!
P.S. I fired this up on my Raspberry Pi to get the dialogue right, then played through the game again.
Yes, it's still good.
F,H, I :D
Soundtracks on Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers 2 will, or already have?
