The country is needing STEM related courses like medical and allied courses, engineering ,architecture and sciences ,etc. not lawyers for economic progress. The SC should increase the passing rate to 85 or higher and all lawyers with grade below that will lose their license and they need to take batteries of exams and conferences per 3-5 yr period to regain/retain their licenses like what the PRC is doing with all professionals ( a new law is needed or SC en banc ruling probably).😊
