@@fallenking4853 Whole reason I'm here. A buddy of mine lost his fiancé a couple months ago and its been really rough on him, but he's starting to bounce back and trying to get back into the world. He said something today and her episode, and this one question, came immediately to mind as we used to watch Scrubs when we lived together. Make sure you go on those picnics, or just lay in the grass once in a while.
She was in the 4th episode of the entire show. She told JD she was ready to die. JD told her he was scared, and she game him a hug. Having her in this scene was one of the best things they could have done. It's amazing, and when ever I think of this scene, that's who I remember the most.
@@ItCameFromTheSkyBeLo She legit passed away not long after filming this too. I remember hearing about the finale coming up and I was hoping for a "BIg Fish" style parade of characters ending and I wasn't disappointed.
"And even though it felt warm..and safe...I knew it had to end." And the turn. The saddest moment in TV history is the hallway being shown as empty. MAJOR TEARS.
Started a job five years ago, since then I've seen over a hundred work colleagues, friends and lovers leave and drift away. This scene gets me every time. The characters you meet, people you let into your life and shared experiences. Only fully understood this scene as I've become older.
I feellike the older you get, this scene becomes more and more relatable. Been at the same company since I graduated high school nearly seven years ago. I’ve seen nearly a dozen coworkers come and go. Friends from my teenage years drift away. Been through a few relationships that didnt pan out. It’s really wild what you think your adult years will be like when youre a kid. And reflecting on that can be a surreal thibg sometimes
This show started when i was 9 years old,it ran till i was 18. It got me through a lot in my life. I'm 20 now and I'm not ashamed to admit that i cry a little bit when ever I watch this clip. It's like losing a friend.
Ahh i just wish that Brendan Fraser (Ben) was there I mean he created the EAGLE! Also that Janitor who randomly appears through Season 1-3 that would be good.
Remember it was made solely for some underpaid, underappreciated background staff weren't homeless. The actor who played JD specifically did that fanfiction for people he cared about. Season 8 is absolutely the end; anything else is just JD being a good bro
A couple of people weren't in the finale for several reasons. A couple were because NBC refused to release the characters for the ABC episodes to use. Brendon Fraiser was working on a movie...(forget which one) ....Michael J Fox was too sick during the filming of the finale, Molly Clock (blanking on her real name at the moment) was among some of those NBC refused to let return, giftshop girl too.
I had this feeling when I graduated college as I walked up on to the stage to get my diploma... So many memories of youth, then realized "Welcome to the real world."
Ben should have been there it would have made this episode complete cos he could have took a picture of his last day it would have mad so much sense for him to be in this episode xx
the only thing I felt missing, that was really prominent, was Ben in the hallway. I loved that they had the old lady from the first season that passed away (My Old Lady), but I think Ben showing up would have just made me cried even harder than I already was. Guess Brendan Frasier couldn't make it :/
Seems pretty appropriate for myself and others graduating college this year. The future is scary, but its important to remember your past, but not live in the past too long. To all of those entering "the real world" BEST OF LUCK!
This is great. What a good thing of the writers to do, to all of those who (like me) have watched every episode. It's a nice homage to the fans, who have been watching the whole time, to see all these characters, again.
I’ve come back and watched this video many yikes throughout the years. It always makes me so sad that Scrubs had to end, but then i get happy that i got to be apart of it. What a masterpiece of Television.
You stopped it too early. The book of love part is so poignant. I loved scrubs so much and J.D's last exit was beautiful. Seeing all the past characters, good and bad, the connection that the viewer felt really was palpable. It seems like a cliche, but they don't make 'em like that nowadays. Thank you so much scrubs people.
I closed my eyes and imagined my hallway of people from the past.... I am soo sorry Lisa, Kelly, Greg, Tom, Shelly, Carmela, the other Tom, Ken, Haydee, Cecilia, Nicole, Jeff...............
The ending bit got me at the time and it gets me even more now as i rembered one of my childhood dogs called barney was with me when i watched the finale oh god i miss my innocence i really do
one day when im back to my best self I will watch this show again, i grew up around this show have so many memories of it, I cant bring myself to watch it again, life was so much better back then, but one day Im sure I will feel happy and content enough to relive this show and smile through it rather than feel sad and disappointed at where my life is now compared to what it was back then. one day baby, one day!
They really did a great job of packing a ton of tear-jerker emotion into the series finale. Yeah, sure the show was on for another year, on a different network, with a different director and different writers and a different setting... But the truth of the matter is, JD's goodbye was the last episode of the series. And that was the director at the very end, playing the part of a housekeeper cleaning up the mess.
I love this scene, it made me cry the 1st time i saw this...... Imagine if everyone, dead/alive were standing there as if u were about to go do the other side, or do the one thing u have always wanted to do, but never did
It was such an amazing ending (: I always wondered why Ben wasn't in the finale though, I know he didn't have a huggggge part, but the episode where he dies had such a huge impact on people that it seems a shame to leave him out. Awell, I still love this ending, it was perfect
I graduate college in 5 days. I've been in the social work program with the same small group of people for years. We're closer than family, and we have only 7 days left together. We've been there for each other through family deaths, difficulties at our internship, personal problems and more. These people are my family, and I'll always love and cherish them.
@GasMaskRepublic He played Overkill in the first episode of season 2. He also sung 'I come from a land down under' in a fantasy where Kim had her baby.
Not having Ben, Doug, and Mandy Moore (Julie) = FAIL!! Other than that, this is the most beautiful scrubs moment ever. When J.D. turns around at 2:29 and the hall is empty...that's probably the saddest Scrubs moment ever.

As already mentioned by 'joinyourself' it is Dr. Grace Miller who is portrayed by Bellamy Young. She appeared in five episodes of season three ans she was indeed a long-haired blonde back then.
For those who asking what is the song during his molonogue, i think it's a cover song of Eagle Eye Cherry, Been here once before, with a guitare, i searched during few hours weeks ago when i saw this episode with shazam and others tools to find this song with no success, i knew i hearing it before... And it's in the final episode of the season 2 of Malcolm which i just watch ! Enjoy :)
