I dont really play smash online. But mainly I do play against lvl 9 cpus all the time. Kazuya is nuts. He drops the wildest combos!

I have a theory that is all but confirmed by the masses at this point in my head. The game’s normal CPUS train like amiibos do.
Hear me out: ever notice that out of nowhere the cpus will pull something impossible, DI a move that should kill outright, or can escape a multi hit that even hard core competitors have trouble with? It’s not even the fact cpus have frame 1 reactions, they are actively inputting stuff that will make them get hit less, their microspacing is better than the best competitors, they parry shield breakers like its second nature, and they set themselves up for combos just as if not more consistently than pro players.
I swear, the CPU can and does do these things and more, just by watching and secretly recording the actions of human players.
