Yo, I relate to this on a spiritual level lmao. I've been a Proud Eula Haver and main since her first Banner (back in 2021 i believe), but only last week did I Triple Crown her. For the longest time my account was just sorta stuck and I honestly lost interest in the game, but then I managed to pull Eula and she just sorta clicked. It's like you said, she's not Everyone's favorite, and she's definitely not "Meta," but damn if we Eula mains aren't a loyal bunch! It may have taken me WAAAY too long to fully level her, but I've never been more proud of my account. 😂😂
As a fellow ex-eula main, i completely agree with you, she's not the greatest character and everyone might not love her, but her character design, backstory and her incredible damage is one of the reason i used to main her, sadly i sold my acc in needing of money. I also just got back to genshin on a lower ar acc that i had and i will try to get her again.

Lower ur artifact standards mate, a 3 liner stat with crit rate or crit dmg. level it up to level 4. the 4th line might be a crit stat
