So I am having some difficulty finding the nut assembly as a whole kit using the part numbers you provided, that include the black collar, washer, screw. The part numbers you provided are for the locking nut(TGT 1638) and the black collar(TGT 1637) alone, and do not include the washer and screw as far as I know. Am I mistaken, or do I have to purchase the screw and washer individually? Thank you in advanced for your time.

Mine came as a kit and there are no more available . The torium parts fit too. Let me know if you need more help.
