I feel like he would be better of as a regular character than a prestige character cause then his kit would probably look pretty cool and have better (kinda) moves. His awakening pretty solid tho.
i don't know why K1 thought that energy balls with endlag was a good idea, since the main reason other chars with that move have endlag is because it lasts longer and therefore it deals more damage my idea to fix it is to either turn it into a combo extender by removing endlag or keep the endlag and make it unblockeable since it's like 15 damage (+ a cooldown increase)
Holy Wraith actually goes faster the farther you aim it from you, so it can go like mach 10 if your far away, still kinda sucks since it's predictable and when you aim it close it's soooo slow, also Holy Wraith has a delayed hitbox, so it makes it a little better
He makes for a viable character.. just needs to be buffed, that's about it. I guess he's better than that bummy lancer reskin for a prestige character.
in 1v1 he seem not that good but in team with his blade of judgement who deal 90% of hp and can be use multiple time without using the bar seem REALLY strong

It'd be comparable to Misaka's railgun, (which mind you, does MORE DAMAGE, IS ALSO AIMABLE, AND HAS INFINITE RANGE) in which the hitbox only would be similar to make it fair. Oh also if you wanted it to not be as toxic as DIO's timeskip literally just make the move have wind-up as a downside to being a guard break 🤷♂
They have to buff Holy wrath because 15-20 dmg for his only guard break isn't enough. Ppl just have to not block it because they know that if they block it they will get guard break and comboed and lose 70% of their hp while they can just lose 20 hp by taking Holy wrath. HL isn't strong enough to convince people to block it.

It's really not like goku black without a kamehameha because the thing is goku black has no combo extenders (except if u are frame perfect with kamehameha) and its all about catching ur opponent off guard and gbing him for good dmg but with zamasu u actually have a combo extender, but goku black's awakening is just better honestly

My idea for zamatsu buff: Energy Blasts is a combo extender, Absolute Thunderbolt a tad bit longer windup but guardbreaks. Slicer does 35 dmg .
