As a Cowboys fan this is what we do beat the teams that are not to good and get beat by the teams with a good running backs and quarterbacks. The inconsistency with the play calling. The defense and offense doesn’t keep the same intensity from game to game. For example, every time the Chiefs steps on the field it doesn’t matter who they are playing they are consistent win or lose

It's why Parcells didn't last long in Dallas - he wouldn't tolerate Jerrah's interference. Anyone with a backbone will not take the HC job in Dallas while Jerrah is the GM.
HC MM playbook/play designs are what's holding this team back. There is no creativity in the playbook. It's too basic and so simple for the other team's defenses to figure out. You can see the excitement, confidence in the players on the KC/SF/LAR/DET/MIA teams while executing their playbooks. They enjoy running plays in their playbooks, because most of the time they WORK! Sorry, MM is not coaching modern football. His style, playbook, offensive schemes, pass routes, running lanes, are all outdated. It's like watching 90's football not NFL 2024. WRs can't get separation, RBs run up the middle, no speed, small players. C'mon man!
No bad division wins, on the road, with alot of injuries. They will lose the next three and things will change. SF is 1-2, Baltimore is 1-2, both LA clubs are 1-2. Start of the season with a new defensive scheme and less team talent.

Coaching is definitely an issue, but so is the front office. It’s almost as if this team is aware they got worse over the offseason.
