REPLACING WAX SPRUE

• QUICK TREEING: possibility to build up the tree as you go along with the injection saving of time treeing (elimination of the soldering iron)
• TREEING PRECISION: Avoid the wax surplus at the bottom of the stitch due to the welding
• PERMUTABLE POSITION OF THE WAX ITEMS: Search of the better position of the waxes on the tree with possibility of modification.
• QUICK DEWAXING: The metal tree is removed of the cylinder before putting it in the oven; the central canal is clear, the wax items will be evacuated directly without damaging the coating; 20 à 30 % saving of cylinder cooking time.
• ECOLOGICAL TREE: Less wax to evacuate (less pollution reduction of smoke)
