Half of TWICE are extremely good dancers so it's always really hard to tell who's better. Some of them do better than others in some choreos, and some styles.
While I think Mina has some technical strengths no one else has, I think Jihyo consistently out performs her in her isolations, attention to detail and her facial expression, plus jiyho has the best hairflips.
And, again, this is splitting hairs, Mina is very good and in some moves she looks better than anyone, I just think that, for the style of dancing TWICE does (specially in the last couple of years when they stopped giving them high school talent show choreos), Jihyo does better.
