I've been using Cadimage add on to do the roof ridge, good to see how to do it without add on. Ridge looks good, but how about valley, which should be low that roof? Plus how do you texture the ridge with tiles and at the right angle?

Yes Cadimage is doing a better job but as you mentioned this works quite well without it. As for the ridge with tiles in regards to the textures. I recommend to have different materials applied. This way you can adjust the origin and rotation of the texture for each material.

What about just copying one, split polígonos draw the ridges with line and then cut the shape of the ridges. It will be a bit longer but think it will work. I will check it later.

yes that should work too, there is usually more then one way to get to the end result, nice.
