This one was challenging, but I had fun trying to see what I could make with so few usable components. Thank you for your thumbs up, comment and subscribing, Vickie ~ Avante Jewelry
I really like the first pair of earrings you made. Getting the necklaces on clearance from Walmart is a brilliant idea I’m going to do as well. I learn a lot from your videos and I enjoy them too
Love the first set of earrings best. Like the bracelet second. I always test what I buy with a magnet. If some iron slips by me, I recycle it. Very interesting to see how you harvested what you bought. Loved the blue and green glass beads. Glad you made a pair of earrings with them. Was wanting more.
Thank you, Jerilynn! Yes, I too check jewelry with a magnet. In fact, I did that on some pieces and we also looked at some things under a microscope. It is hard though to read some of the markings. I thought about making something else with the blue and green glass beads but I knew the video was getting long. I’ll keep it in mind though for a future project.
You've done an excellent job with the components you have to work with 🎉 I'm thinking that you could lay out the circles (maybe not the chunky ones) , and make a pattern that you like to use in either a cuff type bracelet or a bib / collar neckpiece. If you have any of the semi precious stones in the disk / donut shape, you could give the metal a little life by placing some wherever you think they work. I'm looking at them on a large screen so you obviously know whether that would work. I'm with you on the chunky ones - nothing comes to mind at all. 💛
Thank you 😊 💓 dear for sharing this video n amazing ideas for recreating new jewellery items. The best in my view is the necklace 😍, love love love it. ❤️ so for the larger hole beads you can make a Pandora style of bracelet/bracelets. Waiting for your next creative video. Take care n God bless ✨️ ❤
I love looking for components at thrift stores. You can make lots of one of a kind pieces . I prefer semi prescious stone or glass beads. I work in copper, antique bronze, antique copper, and silver. Occasionally, I do gunmetal. Love watching your process !😊
I also love working with stones and glass beads! That’s what I mainly did when we made jewelry when traveling to sell it. I love that you have such a variety of materials that you work with. Thank you, Kelly!
Perhaps use Bead Aligner beads to fill the large holes in the large beads. TierraCast make some. I personally dislike big hole beads. You have a great talent for designing new jewellery from old. 🌹🇦🇺
I just stumbled on to your videos - love your ideas! I have old jewelry from my own collection that I just can’t seem to part with but perhaps can upcycle something myself! Regarding the large hole beads - do you work with wire? I have donut beads that I use for making wire wrapped rings with a spiral design on top (or any other creative twists and turns that you like!). Just a thought. Thanks, again!
Glad you stumbled on our channel! Celebrating 1-year next week! I don't do a lot with wire wrapping but I'm going to work on that next year. Thank you!
I love watching you create, but I got so stressed out with the “background” music. It got very loud and felt like it was in a competition to talk over you. Please reconsider using this distraction in the future. Maybe I’m not the only one?

Thank you, Kim! Yes, that necklace from Walmart worked out just fine for this project.

Thank you, Rita and yes, I should try those beads as you suggested.

That was definitely a Something Out Of Nothing video. Well done!
Thank you!
Interesting.
Thank you, Linda!
I just started follow you and love your work although i do not do accessories, but love the idea of recycling. Good job
Thank you! We also watch videos for subjects that we don’t actually participate in. I completely understand. Thanks for watching and commenting!

The fact that the chain didn’t add up and you had the same number of links was wild!!! I would have fought those earrings 😂
I know, that still bothers me. I need to ask my husband about it, maybe he has an explanation. Lol. Thank you!

What was the craft pile for?
To sell on ebay. I haven’t gotten it listed yet though. Thanks for asking.
