- Almost in time for the new Ghostbusters movie, we have a replica of the Neutrona Wand from the original Ghostbusters movie from 1984. It has the same functions as the Spengler Neutrona Wand Hasbro put out a few years ago, meaning the lights and sounds are based on both the movie and the Video Game. I really like it. Question is, will they do a proton pack to go with it.

10:01 the shots are Boson Darts also from the game, theyre used to wear out a ghost quicker but overheats the pack almost instantly. The blue one is from the game too, the stasis stream. The crackles you hear represent the ice being generated due to how cold the stream is
Damn, I really didn't get very far in the game. I think the only thing I unlocked was the slime thrower.
No, actually. Those shots are the Meson Collider. I don't think any of the modes actually have the secondary fires (Boson Darts, Slime Tether, Shock Blast [which is the ACTUAL primary fire of the Dark Matter Generator, but they use the Stasis Stream instead for some reason {ALSO, "It emits a high capacity stream of order reversed particles that hypo-bond to ectoplasmic matter." "It has nothing to do with cold, but the effect is the same".}] and Overload Pulse). Although, I thiiink you can replicate the secondary fire functions by tapping the intensify button rather than holding it? Dunno if that was the intentional design or not though.
Sorry for nerding out lool. I've played the Video Game at LEAST 80 times all the way through so whenever I can nerd about it I absolutely w i l l.

Hasbro have already stated that there will be no more proton pack runs whether it be afterlife, 1984 or even frozen empire. But as for the neutrona wands they may be doing the frozen empire wand. Any ghostbusters haslabs from now one are gonna be other equipment. And I think they will be one more ghostbusters haslab being the goggles and either the gizmo or giga meter.
well crap, I hadn't heard they wouldn't do another proton pack. Although at this point I think it would be cheaper for them since most of the work has been done as far as the interior and even the main exterior would still be usable for one, so new tooling would be minimized. They also hit all the tiers for it as well.
Sadly, I don't think Hasbro will go the route that Mattel went and make it so the equipment is compatible with each other so you get different effects when you use them together.
@@knightwolfpro4494 originally the pack was meant to be convertible to an 84 look. The yellow sleeved wire is still removable and the copper wires were going to be removable. They were on a removable plate that was held on by the clippard so removing the clippard would enable you to remove the copper wires from there, the two on the booster tube were magnetic and the ones that lead into the pack would’ve just needed unscrewing but the removable plate looked too out of place and they scrapped it along with a few things. But like I say I can think of at least 3 more to scale replicas they can do before the well runs dry and it’s the goggles, giga meter and FE wand. Also while it would be nice I think it’d do more harm than good to the people who got more than one pack so they could have one from after life and one they converted to 84.
Too bad for the European market…
It was impossible for me to purchase the pack for a delivery in France. So I ordered by Zaavi but they cancelled my order. So no pack for me :-(
And impossible to find a decent price…
Since two years Hasbro opened a European online shop and it’s possible to place an order for an haslab projet. It’s what I did for the pke and the ghost trap.
But anyway and I’m not alone in this case… no proton pack :-(
@@ThePaco That sucks. I would think since most of the work is done, Hasbro could do another Pack Haslab with a lower minimum since they don't need make it from scratch.
