@@carolmoccia6332 You are so sweet to me, Carol! I am thrilled to know how much joy my music brings to you! Thanks for the nice compliment! I love this blouse too. ❤️🙏😍
You know so many Christmas tunes and I love them all! Have you ever put out a CD, even for just family and friends? After my Grandmother passed away, who your stride method of playing reminds me so much of, my sweet aunt collected all the recordings of her playing that family members had kept (on cassettes back then) and made them into a set of CDs. It made up a six CD set that I truly treasure and love to play, especially when I'm on road trips! There are several places where Grandma is talking and laughing along with other family members who have passed on, which makes the CDs even more special. My beloved Mother is also heard several places on the CDs, who we lost rather suddenly to undiagnosed lung cancer five years ago. (Never smoked a day in her life!) We found out she had stage four cancer the first week of July, 2019 and she went to heaven on July 31st, that same month, while I held her hand in mine. She was my best friend for 58 years and I miss her horribly, but I know that now she is without illness, no longer struggling to breathe, and with so many of my other family members now. And ... she is so good at letting me know she is still around me with her beautiful Cardinals (one even pecks at my window!), white feathers that appear in the oddest places, coins, and helping me find lost items. She was only a human being, but she was the closest to being an angel that I or many others ever knew. Whew!! Talked your leg off a bit there ... Your musical talent along with the Christmas spirit must be bringing out the memories! Thank you for sharing all these beautiful tunes today! 😊🎄🙏❤🎶
@@brendabown2579 Brenda! What a beautiful testimony of your dear mother and how cherished such recordings are! My family has no recordings of me playing piano as a child which is a shame! My husband’s family is just the opposite as he had hours of old films transferred to vhs and CDs. Then later he had other voice recordings on reel to reel and other forms of media. But to answer your question I do have what I would call a best of CD but I don’t market it in any way. Some of those recordings go back over 20 years and feature my vocals and piano. Now with RUclips you can just create your own playlists that can either remain the videos they are or you can save them as audio files. BTW, I accepted your friend request! 😁❤️
@@tomheath7497 It's great that you have a CD to save your blessed talent for future generations in your families to enjoy. It could bring great joy to younger ones who may also be blessed with that special "ear" for music! We have at least three among my cousins who seem to have the same ability that Grandma had and are sharing her same passion of playing the piano. I had it as a child also, but life took me a different direction and I did not keep up with my piano playing. And yes ... I am definitely planning to have a special Patsy Heath Playlist of my own to enjoy!! Thanks for accepting my friend request ... I'm so happy to be friends with you! I hope my "crazy cat lady" ways don't frighten you! LOL!! 😂❤😽
@ It’s wonderful that your younger family are being exposed to music that has something called a melody! Encourage their interest all you can. Both my husband and I are rabid cat people but currently do not have a cat. Tom had six indoor cats at one time and dearly loved them all so we both get cat owners! They are precious. 🐈🐈🐈❤️
@@tomheath7497 Are we actually related but unaware??? I have three cats at the moment who were rescue kittens that I adopted. The last two sisters were adopted after the first one's sister passed from mouth cancer. I would love to have a houseful, but would have to run it by them to have more ... they run the house you know, I just live here! LOL!! Back when growing up on a farm that had a milk cow, we actually had THIRTY cats at one time when my brothers and I were pretty young ... and, of course, I named every single one of them! LOL!! Our farm buildings were pretty much mouse-free during those years! And yes, my younger family has definitely been exposed to that melodious music from the past decades ... and they love it too!
You are getting us all in a festive mood with your marvelous playing Patsy…and nothing better than Xmas music..❤❤❤❤❤❤
