Sorry for the delay but my disability has been getting the better of me. Anyways, if the sensor is okay then I would check to see if the magnet has been displaced. The motor spline might be loose but its a bit of an effort to get down in side.You never know it might be harness issue.
I have an issue where the alien starts at the bottom and when you hit the target; you hear the splash and the alien comes up then goes back down. Its acting as if its working in reverse. (Starting from the bottom and coming up on a dunk). The game perfectly works outside of that with no errors. Have you ever seen anything like that? I would assume the motor works because it can come up. I also tried replacing the sensor in the back up top but it didn't do anything. I did however notice if I change any settings like volume it doesn't remember them. Any advise?
Good Morning Sir. Was the sensor you replaced the MARS target switch? If its faulty that could be the issue, but its sounds like you have addressed this issue.When the battery on the board dies then you can have memory issues.I am going to refer to the manual to see if there is any suggestions. At this point I have not experienced this issue ,usually the transistor for the pivot arms blows when the pivot arm gets. jammed. Hopefully this is not a board issue.
This game scared the deal out of me as a kid.
