If you are physically present in the US and looking for a sponsor employer, your chances are high, but if you are looking for a sponsor while being in some other country, chances of finding a sponsor employer decrease. Another thing to keep in mind is the demand of the field you are working in. If it is high, chances get better and vice versa. One common way to find employers who can sponsor you for the EB-3 Visa Green Card is to go to large job databases, such as Jooble, Indeed or ZipRecruiter and enter “Visa Sponsorship Offered“. This will filter the result to only show jobs that have “Visa Sponsorship Offered” in the description. Hope that helps :)
