yes sir i couldn't sleep last night and i decided to play some quick matches and i got put into some matches with some sweaty champions the whole time i played and i always managed to get into their games hated every second of it
Yeah I remember that and that one point I would start getting Plat and above and checked that my unranked had a hidden around plat 1 and decided to start playing ranked cause I knew I would be playing around gold. It's even worse in casual cause you can literally play vs champs which I don't see how that's a good idea.

Ranked 2.0 and the quick match changes (changing of unranked to standard and pre setups for quick match) brought in heavy mettle are really bad for the game.
You should get a badge for hitting level 500 or every 100 levels or something similar. CS2 rewards you with badges for having an "aged" account, as well as incremental badges for how much you played during the year etc. It may cut down on the amount smurfing too, with people wanting to stick with one account and improve it.
I tried 3 stacking ranked and my stack is mid to high gold at best currently because we haven’t played regularly in years. The other team had a champ and emerald on it, meanwhile our team had none of that. You can just guess how that match ended up going. They had to have been queued with a lower ranked person in our lobby unless the matchmaker just sucks that bad. It’s just been so unenjoyable to try getting back into this game because you just don’t know what you’re going to run into.

Ranked 2.0 is absolute trash and yesterday I was asking myself if I even wanted to bother playing this game anymore sadly. I logged off just about ready to actually quit Siege. Between that and how almost every single match of Siege I have played has had at least one cheater and you can tell the night and day difference between matches where there arent any and when there are... It is just getting to the point where the game is pretty much unbearable to play anymore. As someone who has been playing since the game released and has been here through all of its ups and downs just like you.... I just dont know if I can take it anymore.
The hidden mmr system is just weird to me to sum it up. I solo queued to emerald for the first time last season and I ran into so many cheaters on the way. Every day I hopped back on I'd gain or lose elo cause every day there was a cheater I had played. Just crazy how infested PC siege is. But then you go to console and 70% of the population feels like they have mnk. Siege is just in such a shitty spot rn man. Even the fragging meta rn just isn't fun. If I make diamond/champ this season I may call it quits on ranked finally.

Honestly the Game is rapidly going downhill fast. The player Camera bug, Networking issues constantly, you'll find the most disturbed people only in Siege, Far too many cheaters, and to top it all off ranked 2.0 encourages smurfing. Ubisoft is really struggling these days.

@@beccariastefano5635mousetrap did get rid of 80% of mnk. Most people use a PC method now to play mnk on console. The only reason I feel like they won't ban accounts on console for mnk support is because of the multitude of people using it. It is their biggest source of income.

As far as PC, the reality is cheating has overtaken these companies ability to combat it effectively. Even kernal level anti cheat can be bypassed with DMA cards and PCI Express spoofs. Its a multi million dollar industry now and these game companies can't contain it.

Hidden MMR system. Your game doesn't base it off of rank divisions anymore. Just how good you are since that's what the MMR system is supposed to estimate.

Last 20 matches: Cheaters either on enemy team (mostly) or my team (rarely) Duo / Trio champs on the enemy team (I was Plat V at that point) Teamates who can't cover plant, don't know how to drone, don't know how to control recoil, don't know when to push, don't know how to rotate or watch flank. I love this game.
i haven't played siege in like a year and i got bored and decided to comeback and try out ranked... i played like 4 matches and I stopped playing rank when i lost 103 ELO for winning a game 4-1 in one of the 4 games i played
I've had a way worse time than this. Back around before the Operation Health update I was playing ranked with my friends at 3am pst. I was Gold and they were in the Bronze levels. We got matched with a full stack of Diamonds for whatever reason. Now, my friends are 1kd and under players. I at the time was around 2.5. It made no sense and it was a terrible match for them. I also had one match where a dude was using what they call an "OPK" hack where they would spawn into your spawn box as it was called and would kill your character model before you even got on the drone.
yep... nobody drones, cams, reinforces; everybody roams on D, on attack they all just charge straight in. If they want TDM i don't know why they pick a game with tons of downtime... more time to scroll tiktok I guess
Last day of season and tried hitting champ, stuck at D2. We won, not exaggerating, 9 IN A ROW and I was still mid D1, then we started to lose, we lost 3 in a row and I went back to where I started. How does this ranked system make any sense??

except for the "red badge," which was impossible to get without rage hacking, so Valve just banned everyone who got it.
