  • Ingredients
    Soaked rice, sugar,chopped mix dry fruits(cashew+walnut+almond),fine sliced coconut,cow ghee,long,crushed cardmom seeds,kesar.
    Method-
    1-Soaked rice for 5 min n stain water.
    2-Add 2tbs cow ghee n melt it.
    3-Add 4-5 laungs and crushed cardomom seeds
    4-Add chopped dry friuts and fine sliced coconut and saute 2min not too golden brown.
    5-Add rice and kesar n mix it with very lighty til yellow colour.
    8-Add sugar and cover the lid till the sugar melted down.
    9-Repeat this process till all rice absorbed sugar.
    10-Peela chawal or zarda ready.
    11-Garnish with dry fruits and enjoy❤
