I’ve been trying to fall asleep for the past few months. When i have a hard time falling asleep I DON’T fall asleep until 11:0p maybe 11:30 pm at night…. It’s gotten harder and harder to sleep but with this peaceful and relaxing music with NO ads I can for SURE fall asleep 😴
I play this channel when I have anxiety attacks at work.❤❤❤ it slows down my heart rate and helps me refocus my breathing. Grateful that I found this channel.

I have a lot of issues sleeping and used to toss and turn all night. i even have a weighted blanket and a heated one, and they only made a slight difference this music was a game changer for me its so relaxing that it helps me fall asleep a lot faster i never knew this is what i was missing thank you for this beautiful music

I flew about 40 y like a pilot diferents companies. Always I had home flight simulator too. Today, i stay on my computer with a big screen tv flying diferents types aircrafts but i like to use this song to fly gliders! Relax and funny...MSFS 2020 the scenery are beautiful , so real !
