That was me at one point. Realizing I had almost an addiction to doing what I hated. The day that I realized it was materializing right in front of my face. I knew it was time to do something. Also, look into somatic healing if you haven’t. It’s not good to surrender to your neurons and nervous system but the lack of motivation is clearly something you need to do some sort of cleansing for. So google somatic healing or even a somatic therapist if you haven’t already. Very often those persistent feelings of doubt and worry is basically stored in our bodies!
Pile 1,2 it's never okay to bully anyone. It's traumatizes the person for life sometimes. Forgiveness is not even possible in most cases because the person doing the bullying has no genuine remorse nor do they want to grow as a person. Pile 3 was really meant for this connection. Pile 1&2: the difficult people in my life. It’s a repetitive type of ppl that abuse and bully me or use their power over me. I have a financial and physical issues. Pile 3: is about me, and I take a long time with everything because of all the obstacles that I have faced so far. I tried endless of times and failed every single time and learned to be patient so now I’m not in a rush and actually I’m scared of starting again and facing all that difficulties again. #1 - all true! I have come to a point where his tales against me are truly meaningless and they don’t take me off my seat. Instead, I am fully disengaged and I am feeling more joyful and magnetic. I do feel grateful to him. It’s been a trial for sure but I am much stronger as a result. And I do feel compassion towards him. Pile 2 - the bully is my landlady who just wants to squeeze every cent of my income and more. If I dare speak up about any repairs she resorts to verbal intimidations which I remind her is against the contract. A few individuals at work and especially that guy has issues with me and especially today as I made a small mistake and he spoke harshly to me, trying to accuse me of making that mistake on purpose.
