since I was a child until now My biggest wish was to be a guqin player But we don't have a guqin or Guozheng instrument in Iran I hope one day this instrument will be taught in my country 💔

I doubt that I'll be able to have the opportunity to play either, at least not until I'm an adult with money 😅. Will my age by then hinder my progress if ever I want to learn both? Or should I stick with just one instrument?

Guzheng and guqin are independent and completely different musical instruments，and each playing methods is totally different，that means your brain must have a quick transition when learning both. And we know that learning musical instrument needs lots of practice，and learning both will spend much more time and energy. So I suggest you learn one before you learn another. It's never too late to learn no matter how old you are. Hope it can help you. 🤝
I'm sure you have hammered dulcimers of some kind in Iran, since they can be found from Russia to India to Hungary. You could try to conver one into a guzheng.
