As far as I can tell so far Pasqually's right arm is broken, Mr. Munch's left arm is broken, the Buildings raise is broken, the moon's jaw is broken, and the wink is broke. I'm just guessing based on lack of movements from the angle you recorded however I could be wrong on most of these since I am not familiar with the 2016 3-Stage Birthday programing. I also have yet to watch the other videos.
TheEnderMineMC Yes. Mr Building's lift was broken when I was there. They might've fixed it a few days after I left. Also I tried to perform with Chuck E (and Helen) while I was there. They said that they still have the Helen costume. They didn't say that they had Jasper.

She didn't know a single move to the "Happy Dance" and just made stuff up that confused the kids because she was doing all these random different moves then the employee next to her who knew the dance. She didn't even know what a "Ticket Muncher" was and thought you wear Chuck E without clothes. She doesn't work at our store anymore...
CEC Roadshows Of course I'm right! I wake-up Chuck E for every Live Show & Birthday Show on my Shift every work day at CEC! I am our stores Unofficial, Official Chuck! Even Matt the Franchize (who's a good friend of mine and has been mascoting Chuck E for 12 years) has told me I'm as good as him (despite the fact, with the inclusion of Six Flags, I've only been mascoting for a year, but I'm a fast learner!). So, my opinion matters just as much as his!
