I am commenting same thing that I commented in the original video posted yesterday........ I am from Jodhpur and I have heard quite a few cases where Central Academy covered up to protect their reputation. They were mostly minor things but this one is quite serious.
I can definitely relate to him, when I was in class 5th, I was trying to pick up an eraser which got fall near a girl's bench while picking it up I mistakenly touched her hand and she suddenly started shouting that I was teasing her even teachers didn't listen to me, my parents too scolded me, for whole one year I got bullied in my class because of that, that's why from now on I maintain my distance from girls.
Same thing happened with my friend. The girl falsely blamed my friend that he ripped her shirt but she was lying. Next day he was slapped in front of every teacher and the whole school no one sided with him. At last everyone found that the girl was lying and no one said anything to her. I've been into a similar situation though not as bad as this. I was an NCC cadet in college (graduated this year) and was made the drill instructor (trainer) for the cadets. It was a very responsible appointment given to me in the final year as a senior. Those who are from NCC would know how tough drill is and the fact that it cannot be taught with kindness and sensitivity. I was strict with both SDs (boys) and SWs (girl cadets) but the SWs, especially my own batch mates had a problem with me. A senior SW along with 2 others filed a fake complaint against me and my one friend. Most of the allegations were not only fake but also baseless (as they don't carry a single proof). One allegation was put on my friend by a Muslim girl (no offence to religion but it's relevant) which actually happened. But the things that she narrated was greatly exaggerated and she knowingly did so to put us in trouble. Moreover, she wore a hijab on that day (for obvious reasons). She was never into wearing hijab btw. Our college has CCTV cameras all over the campus and this particular conversation happened in a corridor. My friend narrated the entire incident as exactly what had happened. It could have been easily verified by the college officials by simply checking the camera's footage, at least the body language and actions that the girl described could have been verified, but they didn't do that. They pressurised us to the extent that we would be thrown out of college in our final semester and our careers will be spoilt if we don't admit and apologize. In the end we had to give up and compromise on our reputation. No proof whatsoever was presented against us and we had all our defences. In fact all my other batch mates and juniors were ready to advocate for me and my friend but none of them were heard. The problem is actually not with girls but the entire "kisiki Behan, kisiki beti" thing which goes around such incidents make them prone to injustice in which male counterparts are always at the recieving end.

Similar thing happened with me in 6th grade when someone wrote abusive words in the notebook of the boy sitting ahead of me. The teacher only checked the notebook of around 20 boys out of 47 (I was in an all boys school) and came at a conclusion that it was me since the way I used to write the letter “o” matched with the culprit, they didn’t care about the handwriting. I asked them to check the class’ cctv but they refused since they already decided that I was the culprit. They threatened to suspend me and what not. The best part was that one of them saying that if you didn’t do it then you know who did it. That blew my mind, the logic was out of the room that day. I told my dad about it and he was angry, he was like why didn’t they check the cctv and asked me that whether the teacher beat me or anything but the matter was cleared the next day on its own. I think they did check the cctv and no one was caught.

When I was in class 11th ,I went through something like this some boys got my number from the coaching centre and they used to call 700 times a day and I couldn’t tell my parents as I thought they will blame me and that happened once my parents found out I had to stop going to coaching all together. It's a repost: My ex-girlfriend was complaining to one of my mutual friend, that i touched her intentionally, even though we were physically intemidated mutually. She told that she never was once in a relationship even though she broke up in her previous relation. I madly respected her, untill I got to know that she was just a fake, attention seeker and told all this lies just so that she could not embarrassed because of she being with me. I am so glad that my friend ( she was a mutual friend with me and my ex) believed in me and stood beside me and we left her friendship. I learnt a great lesson that day, that a girl could go too far using woman and victim card to save her own ass.

He was earning well which is probably why she put the case on him....he lost his job and will likely wont get a good job again in life. I was Mehul's neighbour for more than 4 years in Indore, he had been very decent and studious since I knew him, he has a valid point of unbiased investigation, schools do not bother anything else apart from their reputation, rusticating someone without being guilty proven is something a sign of poor management and also ruining a child's career, especially who is career focused, is turning him to be a criminal in future. It's not like being on Mehul's side or Raksha's side but an unbiased investigation is the right of each and every person, and no one's guilty till the verdict is out, he deserves an unbiased investigation and if found no guilty, police, school and the parties involved needs to be enquired thoroughly as it can lead someone to suicide, and no one can be revived back if he/she's gone, personally I stand with Mehul Bhatnagar.
I am from Jodhpur. I was in central academy(different branch) and i know a same incident like this which my father told. My father came to school as he didn't came on PTM and he saw 2 boys were getting abused by some girl's father and even my principal was standing there and said nothing. He then did all the police complaint and other things but school didn't got involved in saying "school ka reputation is our priority so we won't step in between". My father was too shocked and said me "bhai larkiyo se baat bhi dhyaan se karna kya pata kal koi teri complaint krde but aaj tak aisa nahi hua kyuki mai toh introvert hun 🙃. Every thing aside but I can asure Central Academy can do anything to clear out their name.
The fact is boys don't know that constitution of India gives them liberty to sue anybody by claiming monetary compensation if fundamental rights of boys are getting violated. In this case Mehul can file mandamus writ petition in High Court for challenging his rustication because constitution says that any institutions should do their jobs without harming someone's personal liberty under article 21 of Indian Constitution. This boy can challenge his rustication in High court for which principal will have to hire lawyer to give her explanation of rusticating him. Then that lady principal will get taste of constitution.

Sir i think investigation should be done because both sides claims to have proof that they are innocent. But one thing i don't like is that why school take so harsh action against that boy only, without proof. This clearly show that if female do fake blames on any guy then that's guys reputation, dignity destroys in seconds, without thinking about him that how he earn it. I have been in a similar condition as this guy and nobody favored me just because I am a boy and the police was also biased because they were friends of the girl's father. I've been into a similar situation though not as bad as this.
I was an NCC cadet in college (graduated this year) and was made the drill instructor (trainer) for the cadets. It was a very responsible appointment given to me in the final year as a senior. Those who are from NCC would know how tough drill is and the fact that it cannot be taught with kindness and sensitivity. I was strict with both SDs (boys) and SWs (girl cadets) but the SWs, especially my own batch mates had a problem with me.
A senior SW along with 2 others filed a fake complaint against me and my one friend. Most of the allegations were not only fake but also baseless (as they don't carry a single proof). One allegation was put on my friend by a Muslim girl (no offence to religion but it's relevant) which actually happened. But the things that she narrated was greatly exaggerated and she knowingly did so to put us in trouble. Moreover, she wore a hijab on that day (for obvious reasons). She was never into wearing hijab btw. Our college has CCTV cameras all over the campus and this particular conversation happened in a corridor. My friend narrated the entire incident as exactly what had happened. It could have been easily verified by the college officials by simply checking the camera's footage, at least the body language and actions that the girl described could have been verified, but they didn't do that.
They pressurised us to the extent that we would be thrown out of college in our final semester and our careers will be spoilt if we don't admit and apologize. In the end we had to give up and compromise on our reputation. No proof whatsoever was presented against us and we had all our defences. In fact all my other batch mates and juniors were ready to advocate for me and my friend but none of them were heard.
The problem is actually not with girls but the entire "kisiki Behan, kisiki beti" thing which goes around such incidents make them prone to injustice in which male counterparts are always at the recieving end.

Being friend of a boy who is keeping his position on 1st rank in the whole school, I can definitely say that Any studious student will never do that!
Similar thing happened with me in 6th grade when someone wrote abusive words in the notebook of the boy sitting ahead of me. The teacher only checked the notebook of around 20 boys out of 47 (I was in an all boys school) and came at a conclusion that it was me since the way I used to write the letter “o” matched with the culprit, they didn’t care about the handwriting. I asked them to check the class’ cctv but they refused since they already decided that I was the culprit. They threatened to suspend me and what not. The best part was that one of them saying that if you didn’t do it then you know who did it. That blew my mind, the logic was out of the room that day. I told my dad about it and he was angry, he was like why didn’t they check the cctv and asked me that whether the teacher beat me or anything but the matter was cleared the next day on its own. I think they did check the cctv and no one was caught.

I was Mehul's neighbour for more than 4 years in Indore, he had been very decent and studious since I knew him, he has a valid point of unbiased investigation, schools do not bother anything else apart from their reputation, rusticating someone without being guilty proven is something a sign of poor management and also ruining a child's career, especially who is career focused, is turning him to be a criminal in future. It's not like being on Mehul's side or Raksha's side but an unbiased investigation is the right of each and every person, and no one's guilty till the verdict is out, he deserves an unbiased investigation and if found no guilty, police, school and the parties involved needs to be enquired thoroughly as it can lead someone to suicide, and no one can be revived back if he/she's gone, personally I stand with Mehul Bhatnagar.
I am from Jodhpur. I was in central academy(different branch) and i know a same incident like this which my father told. My father came to school as he didn't came on PTM and he saw 2 boys were getting abused by some girl's father and even my principal was standing there and said nothing. He then did all the police complaint and other things but school didn't got involved in saying "school ka reputation is our priority so we won't step in between". My father was too shocked and said me "bhai larkiyo se baat bhi dhyaan se karna kya pata kal koi teri complaint krde but aaj tak aisa nahi hua kyuki mai toh introvert hun 🙃. Every thing aside but I can asure Central Academy can do anything to clear out their name.
The fact is boys don't know that constitution of India gives them liberty to sue anybody by claiming monetary compensation if fundamental rights of boys are getting violated.
In this case Mehul can file mandamus writ petition in High Court for challenging his rustication because constitution says that any institutions should do their jobs without harming someone's personal liberty under article 21 of Indian Constitution.
This boy can challenge his rustication in High court for which principal will have to hire lawyer to give her explanation of rusticating him. Then that lady principal will get taste of constitution.

Yes i was also a Central Academy student in Jodhpur the school always care about their reputation. How many times parents have raised their voice against high fees and more issues school ignores it all.

I faced the same thing when I was in 9th , I was just talking with my friends and there was one girl who was trying to get in the conversation and I told her you don't need to sneak in our conversation. She went to the principal office and said that I was teasing her and I was like wtf seriously !!
