3:26 How do you adjust Naegele's rule for longer or shorter cycles? I just know that you can adjust Woodman's rule (or simply use Parikh's rule where you don't have to adjust anything). Do you just add/substract the number of days?
E.g. 1.1.2016 (LMP), 30d cycle
- 3m = 1.10.15
+7d = 8.10.15
+1y = 8.10.16
+2d (bcs 30d cycle) => 10.10.16?
