This was shot in the dead of winter at The Cog Factory, NO heat in the venue... You can't see it in the video, but you could see Dax's breath from time to time, it was soooo cold... Notice how the guys keep warming up their hands between songs... I still have this video on VHS from Robert of the opening band Vual who shot it... One of the best shows I ever went to...
@@sandman45 if I had a VCR I totally would ... I would like to see it again... it's been like 15 years since I watched it... I wonder if the tape has held up after all these years...
My name is Ryan Butler and I was there Bro' I can't tell you how much gratitude I have for the drummer for the then local and now defunct band Vual who is the man behind the camera at this show. Thanks whatever your name was for making it possible for me to see myself in one of my favorite and most beloved memories.
im 19 and i honestly dont even remember how i came across finding the video... but back in 7th grade i found the youtube video of this song with the movie a clockwork orange, and instantly fell in love with it... every itunes giftcard i got went straight to acid bath haha... if only i could time travel.. id do anything to see them play live
I was lucky and got to see acid bath live and meet the band when they were new it was maybe the best sounding live show ive seen and they just rule good luck to them all they were with D.R.I. it was awesome
Haha if you look really close around 1:11 Dax is doing a MAJOR pocket-pull! He did at most of his early shows. Lol. Also, he does it even more hardcore when he bends away from the camera to scream. Love Acid Bath.
@pooweerpuff Don't remember exactly what year it was, but the death of Audie was definitely the reason they split up... after a couple of benefit shows to help cover the burial costs. I know this because the guy that produced their second album also did ours.
To be truthful I am the guy with the short black hair, white longsleeve Acid Bath Dope Fiend shirt which says Kill Me on the bathtub in blood. You should also note that I was actually on Acid(which I bought at the show)and am almost solely responsible for this show happenining at all even though I was barely 16 years old.I
Fucking AAA class Legendary. I saw them twice in Panama City Beach, FL (where I live) at Mesacalito's. Sat with Audie and Mike at the second show and shot the shit. Audie miss you bro! "My opinion" AB is one of the best band's I have ever heard. I have minor neck problems today because of that second show and I am glad! :)

Awesome vintage A.B. throwback ! They were definitely ahead of their time.
I simply watched this to see what kind of person can make those sounds... I was not dissapointed
I have a friend who recorded over his bootleg Acid Bath VHS videos with Sublime. Incidentally, he is NOT my friend anymore.
