The Support Build is important to heal your team and grant everyone a damage bonus as you heal them.
The Future Initiative beginner support build/ heal build needs to be understood and utilized for team play so you can effectively be the backbone of the team.
Survivalist Specialisation: The first item to upgrade in the Survivalist tree is the Triage Specialist. At max value, it increases your outgoing healing by 15%. Make sure this specialisation is activated while you target-farm for this build.
Don’t worry about the grenades at this point in time. You can have any grenade in this build.
You can choose any three guns to use along with this support build; it doesn’t matter which weapons you use at this point in time because you’re focused on learning the build and supporting your team. You are not the shooter of the team. Keep your focus on your team and keep them alive.

Future Initiative: 4 piece
Alps Summit Armament: 1 piece
Murakami Industries: 1 piece
FUTURE INITIATIVE EXPLAINED:
Repeat Green Gear Set.
You must have the chess piece talent Technical Superiority “Increase ground control damage bonus from 15% to 25%.” - Division 2
You must have the backpack talent Strategic Combat Support “Increases ground control proximity repair from 60% to 120%.” - Division 2
The other two pieces can be masks, gloves, holsters and/ or kneepads.
Then, once you have acquired four pieces of the Future Initiative green gear set, you will be rewarded with the bonus Ground Control. “Increases you and your allies’ total weapon and skill damage by 15% when at full armour. When you repair an ally, you and all allies within 5m of you are also repaired for 60% of that amount.” - Division 2
ALPS SUMMIT EXPLAINED:
Target-farm this piece the same way you would get the green gear set, but the Alps Summit brand set is fourth row down, third from the left, and is white.
The Alps Summit brand set grants you 20% repair skills with one piece. It can be any kind of gear item, apart from chess piece or backpack, because the Technical Superiority and Strategic Combat Support must be your backpack and chess piece for this build.
MURAKAMI INDUSTRIES EXPLAINED:
Murakami Industries grants you 20% skill duration; it can be any piece except backpack or chess piece.
Skill duration increases the amount of time that your healing chem is on the ground to prok strategic combat support ground control.
