    Hey cassey im crystal from india im really really thankful to u like really a great thanks to u , since 1 month im doing ur various workouts continuously and i have lost 3kg in a month but listen b4 i was 74 and now 71 but i have bcom so thin like by seeing u wont say that im 71 i think i have gained muscles and my bones weight too.like really im not counting on the kgs i loose but counting on the way slim i look imean incredible thanks to u now i have bcom fit my stomach is almost flat like only 1 inches left and thighs are distancing themselves and im very happy thanku cassey i love u and ur workouts its fun i enjoy it always

    Loving the whole lot, you have the most painful arm workouts and that they’re without weights is impressive. The prayer pulses and that position generally is agony for me 😂, but I love ya for it.

    I love working out with you.
    I don't loose weight, but my back, shoulders and knees don't hurt anymore ❤️ and I'm so happy about it.
    But apart from this, could you show us some hairstyles that hold during a workout please? I have very long and thick hair and my ponytail falls apart everytime. That's just so annoying 😅 I just would love to hear what works best for you.

    Great compilation! Which ones target the triceps or bat wings? I have been doing you other arm exercise videos, my shoulder have got a better shape than before, but bat wings are still there. Please suggest.

    Yay! Lately I've noticed that I've put on weight around the arms-chest-shoulders areas. As in, there's fluff above the top of my bra bands. (I'm blaming 70 hour work weeks and Covid!)

    Cassey, I was just in a car accident and hurt my back pretty well, any advice on exercises? It hurts to rotate my mid section. I don’t want to over do it, but I also don’t want to stop pilates because of it

    Do you have any tips on how to get your arms with equal strength? I usually do toning without weights and my right arm seems to be stronger than my left. Any thoughts on how to equal it out?

      I think that’s normal since your right arm is the dominant one.

      Only a negative energy balance will remove fat from arms. Ie, consuming less calories than your body needs.
