Loving the whole lot, you have the most painful arm workouts and that they’re without weights is impressive. The prayer pulses and that position generally is agony for me 😂, but I love ya for it.

But apart from this, could you show us some hairstyles that hold during a workout please? I have very long and thick hair and my ponytail falls apart everytime. What’s the best way to do this when it’s on the calendar?? It moves so fast and some of the moves need to be done on both sides.

Being defeated is often a temporary condition. Giving up is what makes it permanent.

I think that’s normal since your right arm is the dominant one.

The only exercises I need are weighted pull ups and full weighted dips. XDDD
