@@fino9568it has a lower expense ratio currently of 0.02% vs VOO 0.03%. Other than that they are basically identical. Same performance, very similar dividends, SPLG is also lower cost per share since it’s less popular but that doesn’t really make any difference. VOO is just more popular since it’s Vanguard
As an lnvesting enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires off investing. . I’ve been sitting on over $545K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy into stocks or do I wait for another opportunity?.
People dismiss the importance of advisors until they are burned by their own emotions. I remember a couple of summers ago, following my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to assist my business stay alive, so I looked for qualified consultants and came across someone with the highest qualifications. She has helped me raise my reserve from $275k to $850k, despite inflation.
How can I participate in this? I sincerely aspire to establish a secure financial future and am eager to participate. Who is the driving force behind your success?
I'm looking into SPLG for similar reasons. I want to get to 100 shares so I can write covered calls on it. Doing it with spy or voo would take substantially more capital
If you bought one already it’s not worth switching between because taxes I would just leave my SPY position and start adding to SPLG if that’s what you want to do? That’s your decision
As I've known you to hold SCHD & JEPI, how is it just holding SPLG? Will that be the only fund/stock that you will own? Thanks, and I appreciate the transparency.
The fees on SPLG is only .02 where VOO is .03 so if you have 10k invested it would save you one dollars in fees per year, but looking at the historic charts VOO has slightly out preform SPLG. Both are great but I would go with VOO but your really splitting hairs.
You’re totally right, and they’re very very similar I just like SPLG because it makes me feel like I’m making more progress with each share purchased Totally personal preference! Thanks for sharing
I have SPLG as well in my portfolio 👍💰
Keep it up!
SPLG SCHD highest part of my portfolio. SPLG is solid.
SPLG is doing great! I also love SCHD
Why do you prefer it over VOO
@@fino9568for one thing, SPLG has 2/3 the expenses as VOO.
@@fino9568 That's easy the price and the expense ratio 🤔

Just started my ROTH IRA with SPLG💪
That’s awesome! The beginning of the journey is always the most exciting

Well as you know bigger risk, bigger results, but such impeccable high-value trades are often carried out by pros.

My CFA NICOLE ANASTASIA PLUMLEE a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further.
Thank you for this amazing tip. I just looked the name up and wrote her.

SPLG is a good etf, might want to to look into SCHG as well. Really nice capital appreciation.
I'll check it out!
I invest in SPLG ITEC SCHD which have 10-18% average life return just buy & hold 🎉
SPLG is doing wonders! Hold forever is my strategy!
@@thefinancialfreedomshow I’m hold my ETF’s for at least 25 years I’m 29 now ⚠️
@@thefinancialfreedomshow what’s been your average return per year?
thanks for the information
Sou do Brasil e minha carteira é composta por três ETFs, SPLG FTEC e IBIT poderia fazer um vídeo falando desses três ETFs? Obrigado!
VOO. Is what most have instead of SPLG, but I think VOO has higher ER.
Should i sell my spy stock for splg ?

@@thefinancialfreedomshow thanks
@@thefinancialfreedomshowBut the taxes issue shouldn’t matter if this is within a Roth acct right? I’m lookin at maybe swapping FXAIX for SPLG now.
No, SPY is highly liquidity than SPLG. Premium is much higher than SPLG if selling cover call option.
No
I don’t like fidelity because when you buy an etf you have to wait for it to post which makes you miss out on gains. Does this happen to you?
That’s not a concern if you’re playing the long game. Sounds more like a day trader mindset you have.
That’s a day trader mentality.
DCA SPLG every month.

Nope not the only stock/fund I will own. I'm all over the place haha
Just made a new video today about the dividend stock I'm buying

How much does splg pay per share each quarter
0.23
@@Thewu168 thanks
I'm buying schb fxaix
Fxaix is a beast. However I sold it to buy fspgx
If you want to add 50% of SPLG to your portfolio, just make that 25% SPLG & 25% VOO to make the 50%. Now you’re taking advantage of both ETFs.
Major over lap
That makes not one dam sense at all
