I recon that outfield catch would be more fondly remembered if the initial camerawork had been able to record it live… it’s somewhat overshadowed because most people didn’t get to see it properly. I was there when it happened, it deserved to be in the running for best of all time, the recording did not do it justice

The batter was not given out as he or the ball did not touch the stumps. To me it looks like the bails fell of when his front foot hit the pitch. The grass may have been loose due to batsmen whacking their bats in that area. When his foot hit the pitch it must have generated enough vibration to shake the bail off.
I don't think anyone would ever be able to break the all out 15 record in T20 ever again 🤣😆
