Why these parodies are not being made anymore?? Ten years ago there were many channels doing great video parodies, Bart Baker and Key Of Awesome being the best ones... Now they all are long gone.
Because the BIG Label companies copyright them and claim all the revenues.

Adding onto the previous points, the songs being made today aren't good for parodies. I wouldn't say it's impossible but I don't think they would bode well under the "song parody" structure.
Well there’s many reasons for starters RUclips completely changed their algorithm and want for “family friendly” content. Later the copyright issue, many RUclipsrs can’t include a 1 sec of a copyrighted song and another thing people keep getting offended over the smallest things when in the past it was ok to post and say things. Now people are looking into it and cancelling content creators left and right. The RUclips we know now is a disaster and complete chaos with all sorts of new rules they provide. Honestly I miss the old RUclips . 🥺😢
