The topics you speak of are the EXACT ones I’ve been trying to marry and figure out for years! Aka mental/physical health + Christianity but through a biblical lense! I felt so frustrated because there are so many topics that have a little bit of truth or sense sprinkled into them but never enough, never wholly or perfectly. Because of my rocky history with Christ, I am a beginner in this topic. All the ups and downs definitely stunted the growth I could have had but I am thankful that He never gave up me.
