May I present a chopper theory for you?
As we know chopper has the human human fruit and before the timeskip chopper had to eat a rumble ball to access the forms that he can access now and rumble balls change the fruits power factor (I’m just temporarily calling it that to represent the change in its abilities and because I forgot what to call it) to a mutation of the original power and NOW chopper can transform without a rumble ball so my theory is that chopper permanently mutated his devil fruit to a different and new model of the devil fruit to the human human fruit model: wendigo
Another theory I have is that devil fruits can permanently evolve even after their user dies like akainu’s fruit was originally ace’s flame fruit but evolved into the magma fruit after maybe a previous user of the magma fruit evolved it
I just thought of a theory, Luffy has the Nikka fruit and of course is joy boy. We now know Kuma has history and knowledge of Nico and knows the drum beat.
Kuma is now a slave again, and brainwashed. Luffy will most certainly free him by playing the drums, maybe made out of himself?😂 but the sound of the drums will free kuma.

Just had a thought: you were mentioning wills matching up for Awakening. I wonder if that's the reason why the awakened zoan jailers in impel down were mindless. They somehow forced an awakening against the will of the fruit.

Also I think having the keys to Pluton's cell be different from the keys to Pluton itself makes more sense as a preventative measure to keep it out of the wrong hands so I don't think Pluton can be both NOT Zunisha but still piloted by Momo

Uranus is father of the Titans. I think that means control over giants. Who have we seen with control over some kind of giant? Yamato controling over the numbers, failed attempts at creating giants. Failures though they are, they're likely failures based on some seed of a correct idea - giant lineage factors maybe. This could be close enough for Uranus powers to work on them. One of the numbers in particular seemed to follow Yamato, which has a nice parallel with the kibi dango affecting 1/10 of smile fruit users (gifters).
Pluto is the god of the underworld and worldly wealth. I think pluton will have a similar control over machines. Partly because of the giant robot, ngl. I think what happened 200 years ago to awaken it was a landslie in which the robot had been previously buried or something.

According to those wall drawings Enel found, 3 people came from the Moon: the originators of the Animal people, the fish people, and I couldn't tell what type of person was in the back. It looks like they're on the back of a dragon(the wall painting only shows a section of the dragons back, but the scales are noticable) it looks like they created the automata as an army or workers
Oda teased this giant egg that took up a large chunk of the deck on the Oro Jackson. Since the Oro Jackson is also made from the wood of the Adam Tree the ship should still be intact and play a major part. Also, the egg was not a normal egg. Maybe Uranus is in the egg as God of the Sky and it is a special dragon different from the millennium dragons and Kaidou Chinese water dragon?
I think the egg is of a dragon and dragons are what Uranus can COMMAND, the same way Shirahoshi aka Poseidon can COMMAND sea kings and Momonosuke, aka Pluton can COMMAND Zunesha.
I'll offer another theory here: Vivi can control pluton, because it was the weapon used to scatter all the ponegliphs. This makes sense for two reasons: one is that if really pluton is a mole or mole-like, they could have worked underground therefore not being detected by the other 20 nations. The other is that crocodile should have had a solid reason to think that pluton was down there, maybe he found out that pluton and lili were both responsible for the scattering but obviously in 800 years lily was dead and her weapon was waiting for someone else to become it's user.
Moreover, it doesn't make any sense that the instructions to retrieve pluton, which is in wano, were in alabasta. Almost like if the weapon was meant to be used from the nefertary family but it was hidden far far away from them for some reason. The reason being exactly to counter people like crocodile who could learn the truth and try to get their hands on the weapon
Nah, I think Nefertari Lili is the one who did it, with the Paw-Paw fruit. All she'd have to do is slap the stones and she can send them all over the world with no possibility of tracing them. Maybe she didn't have the fruit, but she had someone who did.

I think Franky built Sunny to be retrofitted for Pluton or to fight Pluton. I'm not saying Franky did it with that intention or that Luffy would ever ask him to. But Franky had those blueprints for long enough and Franky is smart enough to have memorized them. He likely built Sunny in such a way that he subconsciously made her SUPAH easy to turn into Pluton or to fight Pluton if it was absolutely necessary.
Regarding the egg on Oro Jackson, do we even know where she is? Maybe Scopper Gaban has it. And maybe it's the ship that the Man Marked By Flames is riding on, which has been burned to disguise itself. I've always liked the theory that Gaban is the Man Marked By Flames. I feel like if Rayleigh, Roger’s right hand had such a big presence and impact on the story, it only makes sense that Gaban should too. Rayleigh’s already had involvement in the story and the pre and post-time skips are mirroring each other.

I’ve been binging your lore/theory videos lately, very interesting. One thing I was wondering about artificial devil fruits is, are they trying to recreate Luffy’s devil fruit. That’s why all of them are zoan types and Momo’s fruit is also a failure. While Momo’s fruit is a mythical zoan fruit, it’s not the right one. Also… that’s why smile fruit exists. A side effect of trying to recreate the hito hito no mi Nika type is laughter or smiles… Luffy’s smile reminds me of the sufferers of the smile fruit. That’s my take at least 🤷♂️
Side Theory: Pluton is not only a mole but a type of giant wombat. They are know for their fierceness, digging complex networks of tunnel systems and chambers, and pooping cubes. *cough* Ponyglyphs *cough*
Also would it make sense that the world government might pattern itself off of it's greatest ancient rival? The true leader/Captain, The gorosei/true crew, the fleet admiral and admirals/ancient weapon commander and weapons with the power to rule underground, at sea level, and in the sky. and then the numberless marines organized into divisions/pirate and fleets. Imu used the op op fruit to change into lilys body and thats how he can use the ancient weapon, now he is afraid since VIVI is around it means she will also be able to use it and thats why he cant have her being alive anymore.

I am also thinking about momo's sister. there is no evidence but since hiyori has the same blood as momo, as he can communicate with zunisha, maybe she can somehow communicate with pluton when it's been awakened. she is princess of wano after all and like other princesses in alabasta and fish-men island, she also has been liberated by luffy and can be a perfect candidate . maybe oda surprises us with that.

I think the ancient weapons are supposed to be royal family treasures. Alabasta is a sky kingdom. Wano is a land kingdom. Fishman Island is a sea kingdom. Luffy as KotP is designed to be a type of king of kings.
Tama's df is so unique that I was really expecting Blackbeard to kidnap her to take control of Pluton. He may still.

Uranus is a winged person, the egg which is likely a dragon's is Uranus' ARMY and the reason why Vegapunk "failed to recreate" an ancient weapon when referring to that dragon in Punk Hazard, which is he said he artificially created, in other words, cloned, is because he didn't clone the actual commander, the (winged) person

After following one piece for a long time, I really think we are gonna take a detour to moon in the next arc before starting the Elbaf arc. There , Ithink we will learn more about the infinite energy source, lunarian race and most probably Uranus. We also have the best person who can develop the technology to travel to moon i.e Vegapunk just like Rayleigh was the best to coat the ship to travel under the sea to Fishman Island.
in my opinion i think the set of three consists of a prince, princess, an ancient creature and a ship, they will all bring those massive ships to the final war, poseidon will bring all the gyojin that are in the gyojin island, pluton will bring all the samurai from wano and uranus will bring all the giants from elbaf
poseidon: princess: shirahoshi, ancient creature: sea beasts, massive ship: noah
pluton: prince: momonosuke, ancient beast: the giant elephant zou, massive ship: the one that’s buried in the ancient wano
uranus: prince: loki, ancient beast: still unknown, massive ship: still unknown…
the sequence that this follows is that poseidon represents sea, pluton earth and uranus the sky, so potentially the ancient beast connected to uranus is a flying beast and the massive ship could potentially be trapped in the adam tree which is said to reach the sky… all of these weapons will bring gyojin, samurai and giants consecutively, oda has said that the greatest power in one piece is unity, so i think this theory makes sense since the last island that’s yet to be explored before laugh tale is elbaf, and remember, the only person that zou obeyed was momonosuke… and given the fact that momonosukes mom comes from the void century, i believe her goal was to reproduce with the kozuki clan, knowing that her son would be pluton, and this makes a lot of sense cause she gave birth to him 20 years before the “promised era” but she had to send him to the future, but now his an adult thanks to that old lady who’s name i forgot, and the ancient creature that’s connected to uranus could potentially be a flying creature that comes from rogers egg, could be a dragon, or even better, and atlas or an hercules which luffy keeps talking about, it might be oda forshadowing

I like the idea, and i think you're on the right track for the commanders of the weapons, Shirahoshi for Poseidon, Momo or Hyori for Pluton, and Vivi for Uranus, however, to your in something else, Luffy's three commanders, one to protect and align with each of the weapons, Jinbe the son of the sea, Zoro, the son of the earth, and Sanji, the son of the sky. I think they'll be important in the operation of the ancient weapons.

When explaining posieden Queen Otohime said that the 3 ancient weapons are supposed to be guided by a certain individual and in the background Oda drew the shadow of a guy who resembles an older Luffy (a possible timeskip)
As for the importance of dragons there is also a statue of azure dragon in onigashima but it is certainly not kaido's statue because the horns on it resembles Momo's Dragon

i think pluton is the combination of momo, zunesha and the ship thats below wano, i think the walls were created by joyboy in order to hide the ship and wano was closed off so that nobody could get their hands on the ship and tamas fruit to take control of zunesha and override the rebirth cycle of pluton, zunesha could easiy destroy an island with one blast, what are elephants known for? sucking up water with their trunk and spraying it to shower themselves or drink, oda could turn that into a weapon where zunesha sucks up water and releases a high pressured blast that could sink an island with ease,elephants are the biggest and strongest land animal with no rival similar to pluton being the god of the land, elephants were also used in warfare and were a scurge to the enemies because of their size and power and were able to decimate entire factions of enemy troops, as for uranus my theory is that it is a bird of prey like a giant eagle or a falcon, both of which were also used in warfare as scouts, uranus’ weapon would be its call, eagles have a very distinct call oda could use this as a sound weapon that generates insanely loud shockwaves that when targeted at something can compltely decimate it, its controller could be someone with a bird epithet like mihawk( unlikely) or dragon ( also not likely) i personally think it will be either sky islander or a lunarian, i lean more towards the lunarian because it would show that theres a communion between all races. human, fishman, and skyman, land , sea, and air, it would also explain why oda introduced the lunarians.

so you need Momo to control the elephant that's going to free the weapon under Wano and the Mermaid princes to control that weapon which is probably not a ship but a sea king (most probably a sea emperor if that kind of thing actually exist). But where do you fit in uranus. 2 weaons together should be useless.

I think that Uranus is Luffy's fruit. "Roger's Egg" could easily refer to Ace, and likely his intentions for Ace were for Shanks to have the fruit of the Sun God, so he could be the Joyboy that the poneglyphs were referring to.

I do have a theory about these things.
Theyre not "weapons" theyre animals.
Centuries ago three massive titans ruled the one piece world. These things were basically the Apex Predators of One Piece.
A giant turtle(Pluton), a massive serpent(poseidon) and Uranos(a bird or winged beast)
Each of them having a unique ability. Pluton was said to have an impenetrable defense. Pluton could command the ocean and all that dwelled in it. And Uranos could rain fire down from the heavens and summons storms
When these three titans finally died. Their skeletons and all records of their life were recorded.
The ancient weapons. Were modeled after these three titans. However, poseidon was the only one who lived long enough to sire descendants in the form of mermaids.
Thats why only a mermaid of royal blood can manifest the ability to summon sea kings. The Neptune family are direct descendants of the Sea Titan.
But if Wano is truly the home of Pluton. Then that would mean that the Turtle Titan didnt die but went into a hibernative state. And busting open the borders would be its alarm clock.
roger must have left that egg somewhere, and he only had one place where he put things. i'm predicting it now, Uranus (or whatever was in the egg) will be found on laugh-tale. it could be guarding the one-piece, be the one piece, or both. how else would roger gain the title of "king of the pirates"? the only way to transcend the rank of emperor of the sea would be to have something no emperor seen thus far has had control over: an ancient weapon. the only way to be free of Imu's airborne power is to rival it with his own. i think a weather-controlling dragon fits that bill.

Everytime I think about Pluton I feel bad for Robin. If I was her back in Alabasta, I would have told Crocodile the Pluton location. Then Crocodile will figure out himself how to fight Kaido, LOL...so she wont be almost killed by him

Not only that, if Amazon Lily is named after Nefertari Lili, that would mean that the person for Uranus could be Boa Hancock or Vivi.
