Good morning Chris. Thanks. Always trying to improve the reloading experience. I have on many occasions considered getting an other press such as the dillon or a Mark 7 Evo but I like my press too much to change. Take care

Hi Walter. So far I did a 1000 rounds of 45ACP in two sections and it did better. I had Zero issues on station 1. Before, on such a quantity I would have to stop several times because the case is not perfectly alligned. Also I would destroy a case every now and then. This seams to have improved the entire process. Take care my friend.

I don't get it. What does the free float ring accomplish?

Hi Jeff. Good afternoon. It is claimed to increase the concentricity when producing a round. Personally I used it on the first die, the sizer and it helped a lot when it comes to the cases being aligned to the die. Before this change I had few instances that a case is crashed because it is not 100% in line but with the float system, if it is , for example 2mm out to any side of the die, the floating die will have that little wiggle that immediately helps the case to fit in. It made a difference for me in that sense.
      Take care.
