While the lack of a Rarity freak out is disappointing, I would contend that this demonstrates character growth. She's become better at containing her ordinary freak outs and is working better under pressure. Less comedic sure, but perhaps better overall.

Hmm, I need to find away to weaponize Finn the Pony's huggle sense and attach it to a rail gun device for speedier "hug" delivery. The portal is fine and dandy, but the rail gun would also allow a more variety of "hug" options that may or may not be Finn approved. Plus it is a rail gun. And those buttons. Oh my the "hugs" you can give with those.
The episode was odd and fun. Sets up up for the worse thing to happen while giving us a fun little thing with references sprinkled in and it all turned out alright in the end. Found Finn's contributions to mesh well with Fire Brands style nicely.
If Rarity freaked out the way you wanted her to like the previous seasons, people would complain about her character reseting or becoming stagnant. Same happened with the whole Twilicorn thing. Also it was still dramatic enough for her scream to reach the outside of the city.
On a side note, I hate that the Watto-sounding pony blackmails Rarity into hiring his daughter and nopony brought any legal action against him.
Power metal is AWESOME. Personal favorite bands from the genre are: Gamma Ray, Blind Guardian, Sabaton and Nightwish

I admit the boss fights and other complaints he had were justifiable, but a 2? Come on, the japanese mythology references, the wonderful artstyle, the charming characters,among other things, Okami most definitely does *not* deserve a 2...

Josh perfectly phrased my thoughts on spoilers. Sometimes it is really enjoyable to know how a story turns out and see the buildup, but you only get one chance to experience it blind. And in my experience, going into a story without spoilers gives a more impactful emotional experience.
I could just imagine Finn breaking the fourth wall right at the end to give FireBrand duct tape

Finn had me dying the entire episode, and the Ant-Man parody at the end brought me back to life, then killed me again.
This is a very fun review. :)
Also, I agree with Firebrand on spoilers. You can watch something a second time and get that "OH THAT'S WHAT THAT MEANT!" feeling, while also having gotten the "Oh my goodness that was the twist!" part of the first viewing too. ;D

1:37, he’s right. When I watched the movie, Escape Room (2019) I got a lot of spoilers mainly about who dies. And I still really enjoyed watching the movie. :)
You know, that delivery from Tabitha St. Germain for the freak-out could still work if they just pulled further back away form the boutique for that. Get some more distance and show that it still carried some serious distance.

Josh's dislike for Okami still hurts me to this day. I know its his opinion, but still.
Thestormwizard I feel like Chuggaaconroy would tear him to shreds since Okami is one of his favorite game or close to it.
I think its just a gag at this point; he doesn't like it but enough people do for it to be getting another re release on the current gen so it must do something right.
Well it's one thing to dislike a game, giving it a 2 implies it's broken an almost unplayable. People who do that genuinely rob someone of an experience. I remember like IGN or some gaming magazine gave Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective a low score, so being young I never tried it. Turned out the guy who reviewed it wasn't someone who liked text and puzzle games.
If it is an objective review, he's lying. He mentions Okami in his top 10 bad levels in *good* games, implying that he admits that it is a perfectly fine and functional game. He just hates it regardless.

Nathaniel Foga well is known that firebrand, aka joshcorcher, thinks Okami is overrated.
Which is something I don't understand. I hardly ever hear anyone talk about Okami and it still hasn't even gotten the true sequel it deserves. If it was really "over rated" you'd think you'd hear people clamoring about it non stop. I only recently started hearing people talk about it again because of the new HD version for playstation 4. Even then that was for about a week then people stopped. And it's by no means a bad game as is. Obviously it's not perfect, no game is. But to say it's over rated is... idk. I mean I suppose he is entitled to his own opinion, i just don't personally understand it.

1:30 Funny thing is I was spoiled for some big things in Berserk, and it's now my favorite piece of media ever. The Eclipse, Betrayal, etc. Were all made more hurtful from how I saw the characters interact and fight alongside each other for victories no one else in their world could do; it actually got to a point where I forgot the spoilers in a long 25-episode binge. I'm even looking forward to reading the Manga if only those damn vultures could stop scalping the Deluxe volumes. Also, R.I.P. master Miura.

Overall, it was a very entertaining review. You two balanced each other out, gave some good pointers, and Firebrand learned that he once again needed to add more defense systems to his Base.

Coming back to watch this after binging the whole series, I started to think, this takes place in season 6, before Chrysalis comes back, so what are the chances that that Pinkie was either Chrysalis herself or another Changeling she sent to spy on the mane 6 to learn there mannerisms so they could replace them at the end of the season.
That would explain a lot about “Pinkie’s” behavior in part one season 6 finale.

thundergameing155 does that really warrant a 2 though? Come on. Low scores are given to games with bad overall qualities. You can’t just give it a low score because drawing circles is difficult. There’s the story, the art direction, the animation, and the other parts of gameplay to consider.

I actually don't think Twilight has OCD. Her behavior is more in line with OCPD, Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder.
They sound like the same thing and have a similar case of being obsessed with performing certain rituals or a sense of orderliness, but there is a very major difference.
People with OCD know their rituals actually do nothing and are irrational but are still compelled to do them as the only way to get rid of unwanted thoughts and negative feelings, but people with OCPD see nothing wrong with their obsessive actions and seem to think it is totally rational and desirable to behave that way.
Twilight has never treated her compulsions and panic episodes as something she sees as unreasonable or something she is forced to do and instead seems to view it as the logical and correct way for her to act, which is closer to a full personality disorder rather than a simple anxiety disorder.
