Nicely done. Great demo of what this camera can do in natural light. I never trust manufacturer-commissioned demos, with their legions of gaffers making every shot perfect. And the performances of your talent was Oscar-worthy.
The color and highlight roll-off is just remarkable straight out of this camera. And, you can tell how spontaneously you were able to just flow with your kids being themselves. That's a pretty powerful combination for anyone shooting "real life." Nice sample!
Thanks for an excellent, simple camera test that shows the camera's good side well-lovely colours, beautiful highlights, and details in the low-light scene. The fast focus tracking looks great. I've tested it with the Cooke Panchros, Orion Mercuries, and CineAlta Mk11s, and it looks great in all those setups, so I'm seriously considering making the purchase as well. It looks like your offspring might be in the camera department one day as well.
Remarkably beautiful and stunning work. I don't even have kids and this made me emotional!
Wooooahhh Robert Machado I've watched a ton of your videos. Thank you for the kind words!

This might be arguably the best doc camera on the planet right now.

Wow Burano surprise me.
Love this Luke. Malick vibes for sure. Im sure its alot lighter than the Ursa :) My puny arms cant lift the Ursa.
Thank you man! Definitely is lighter than the ursa and I’ve rigged it out a lot smarter and with form factor more in mind for this rig.
Its so stable!! how heavy is it? did you have stabilization on or off?

Not yet, but I have an IR cut filter if they do show
