@SauravSharmarv m3m the line studio appartment rate is 16000 and after discounts it will come down to 13500. Is it justifiable? Considering its a pre launch rate and GST of 12% is also excluded in this rate. possession charges+lease rent + stamp duty+registration charge, are all on top of 13500 rate. Is it really justifiable?
