How to clean mould off leather

I clean mould (mold for you USA folks) off of leather bicycle seat and grips.
clean it up by presoaking in white vinegar, easy to use a spray bottle for this step. soak it overnight drenched in vinegar. then do what I do in this video.

Squirt the lemon oil from the lemon peal on the seat and handles to moisturize it

Is it ok to use coconut vinegar (cooking) along? Do we need a neutraliser after lemon or vinegar?

Yeah it will be ok as its not too acidic. The acid helps it not to come back, so if you want you can just wipe it first and if it comes back then apply the vinegar or lemon.

Beeswax is also a good alternative to animal oils.
