I know there are many people who can relate to my experience. As much as I loved Jackson and James (and still do), I was one of those people who read every line of the liner notes to see who the musicians were on the albums. This is how I discovered Leland, Russ, Danny, and Waddy, etc. and how I became a forever-fan. Now, 50+ years later, I finally get to see Leland and Russ in concert tomorrow in Calgary. The level of my excitement cannot be measured - and if I am lucky enough to see these musical giants while I am in the area of the Jack Singer Hall tomorrow afternoon, I will express my eternal gratitude for what they have meant to me. Travel safely, Leland.

The bees. 💕 My grandpa kept bees. Some of them migrated their hives between the upstairs and downstairs of his house. The honey still drips down over his side of he and and my grandma's bedroom. My cousin thought he might be able to raise the roof, but the lower part of the house was rock, and it proved not so easy as he first thought. So the honey is just part of the place as always. Never got stung there by the bees. Occasionally a scorpion. They always had fantastic gardens. :)
