I think the game reached the point where they dont release stronger commanders anymore. Just releasing more commanders with different play styles. Like Combo Attack, Smite damage and the Archer healing stuff.

Next two different Archer marches and cav marches. I think they are developing the game in that direction. Tbh for Most of the Players it s.cks to Always Grind anything to Stick with the meta. If you can still use e.g good old nevsky after the next cavs. Why not? You can still Change and replace him to try other Play Styles.

I think the issues more so with William wallance and Sharjar is that they are new age commanders with new damage, that currently on there own fit in the meta, but currently have no real commanders to synergize with or fully utilize there kits. if there was alot more smite commanders maybe will wallace has a bigger impact? 9th gen imo was about introducing new mechanics and systems without adding to much power creep, focusing on strategic depth over raw power
Also i think the new siege would not neccarily be a skip just not a huge improvement because of similar 9th generation and siege being “OP” also i have a theory that Lilith would try to make siege center around that mechanism thats in Margret and gajah and Sargon like ticking damage which would make them less op

They have to get more siege commanders in, and up the leadership field commanders before moving the META. The new civ in early 2025 better be an engineering one too. Give siege some added umpf. And yes, there's a need for ROK to allow newer players to catch-up. Or, they can make KVK stories that allow new META commanders to enjoy, and that allows whales and krakens to have their own kvks (give bigger rewards even, I don't care) and leave older kvk stories for those players who can't handle swarming a 5 year-old whale accounts single troop. That's not fun either. Omni needs to work on his farm accounts siege commanders and build that up to be a flag defender. muhahahaha.

Shajar buffs only herself too much (nothing on offense stat), heals ally a bit, and no debuff on enemy, so kind of expected the result won't be too good
I'm pretty happy with expert Beli Prime BUT I also use 3 cav marches..otherwise I wouldn't need him..I could use a new meta cav commander to replace XY tho. I use the same 3 cav marches you showed
Believe the problem is expectations. Everyone expects the next commander to be the best in the game. From a game perspective that is far from possible. Reality is the commanders will continue to be lame because of all the hype being pushed.
Archers are by far my favorite troop types and commanders...I don't know who benched Budica 🤷 I don't see how in the world would you get a better second then Budica / Ashurbanipal....In my lineup Nebu and YSG have been benched like a year ago... anyway thanks for spoiling all my hype about the new commander...I'm grinding gems like crazy to fully wheel her...I guess VIP points will have to replace her 🙄

Bcos this pair is abit more tanky... Wallace liu Che is really good and i think.. From what I saw in kvk... Wallace liu Che.. Is much better than liu Che alex... Guan yu cpo.. Not that good anymore.. But still can use..
Lilith give us (Cav players) smite damage commanders that can work well with Atilla and Takeda. I wanna see them back in action again. The good old times :))
@@hurenfeind His active skill makes enemy takes more normal damage, and his expertise give 30% more normal damage to burned enemies by his active skill. Plus 40% attack and 40% defense stats are good for that much old commander.
This has nothing to do with their dmg, its just a mechanics to make sure you don't feel garrisons with t1-3 and get the same dmg output as with t4 or 5
@@hurenfeind I’m saying that because archers care more about attack than any other troop type, though it has the same issue as Scipio A for rallying. They’re tanky but they’re not great at dealing damage, which is what you want over survivability but trading negative

If you don't have max Alex, then yes max Wallace for the Liu Che pair. Gorgo is good but too slow, then bring Hermann to 5511+ to run with Zhuge because he needs march speed as well.

I prefer them doing more balance and people actually using "old stuff" then chasing meta non stop... I mean there is plenty cool commanders but power creep was to high... Also worth mentioning that 99% players in rok are f2p/low spenders 🤣😂

This year gave me the opportunity to max a Seige march; Margaret and Cordoba. They are my best march. Absolutely hammering murderballs. Ty RoK 👍

True Damage is affected by the attack stat. It’s stated in the skill description. Both the new archers give zero attack, and Shajar nerfs your attack
