[Once Human] My Chefosaurus Rex and Me!

So I got incredibly lucky and got Chefosaurus Rex in my first run of the dungeon and one my first capture attempt! Now it's time to build the manor and get a nice home going for me and all my deviants to try and survive the apocalypse! Time to get our feet on the ground and get to work.
