I'm giving a shout out to Liam Jones,having another terrific year at the Dogs,since coming back after 12 months out of the game he really hasn't missed a beat,outside of the Bont he is probably the most important player at the club,he rarely loses a one on one contest,takes many intercept marks and uses his explosive pace to kill a contest. At 33 still has plenty of good footy left in him!
Might be biased as a die hard dogs fan but giving love to Rhylee West. With the early career adversity he faced being in and out of the side to stick fat as a loyal doggie and work as hard as he did to cement his spot in the side today is phenomenal. A true gun in todays game and couldn’t be happier to see it, as a fan you always feel confident when the balls in his hands.
I’m giving love to Will Ashcroft. To be struck down with season ending injury in his first year was just wasn’t fair. I’m excited by his return.
For my give a love player Im getting behind Brodie Grundy. For me he has basically reinvented himself at the Swans and it’s working. Yes the Swans needed a ruck and someone tall after losing Hickey but his ability to move around the ground, support team mates and just have fun is a privilege to watch after having some tough couple of years and it’s great to see all the Swans players and fans get behind him!
I want to give love to buku khamis. He is in and out of the team and he plays whatever role is needed of him on the day. He can go back and clunk intercept marks or go forward and kick goals. Even in the vfl his role changes during the game. He seems. Like a team player.

My give love to player is Liam Jones. To me, he is a truly selfless player that puts his all in each week. His consistency in itself is admirable but also his win or lose glowing smile is a humbling reminder that being a fan is not just about celebrating the wins but accepting the losses and seeing a player put it all in each game.
Giving some love too weightman too come in give the boys the energy we needed and I wouldn’t be surprised if he kicks 5 against north so up the doggies go flea but I just think he doesn’t get the recognition he deserves !!

I'd love to give a nod to Froggy Lester. This man has been dropped from the senior squad 17 times, took 1 year contracts for 5-6 years and stuck around in his early days when people were leaving around him.
He's now worked his way into the senior squad and only seems to be getting better. The ultimate team player and a lions legend. 🦁🐸

Probably won’t get picked because dunks doesn’t like talking about himself like ads. But seriously dunks game against Melbourne was absolutely unreal. He needs to get more recognition for his outstanding consistency and effort for the lions. Team wouldn’t be anywhere as dominant without him. Hope dunks comes back to the doggies in the future!
