Just want to add this guy is fairly invested playing music. Unlike the rest of us he’s doing something he loves doing. Just look at his reaction at the end. He deserves just a moment of acknowledgement of what usually takes a band to pull off. Despite having equipment designed to sample the band he has to keep it musical & seamless. If the key to being a good musician is owning the right equipment, everyone would be doing this. It’s wannabe’s that keeps musicians friend and sweetwater in business. Wannabe’s (I used to be one) just end up entertaining themselves at best. Maybe the lack of audible applause was squelched by the crowd dropping their appreciation in the tip jar.
It pays the bills. Besides most of these beach bars don't give a shit about the live music. Especially when I play a TV theme from 40 years ago in front of college kids. Lol.
@@GarySchutt The original television show is from 1976; the reboot is from 2017 to today (2024) when the final season of the reboot is set to conclude this year 🥲. Your rendition reminds me of the 2017 series theme song and that version is by far my favorite of the two versions. I thoroughly enjoyed this video so thank you for sharing it on RUclips.
